I reckon we will nick this one 2-1, Aluko getting one then Simmo with a late winner.

If it was a pie from anywhere else I'd agree but seeing as it's one of the horrors from the KC I wouldn't say it was wasted.

    It's all they're good for.

As Oli was substituted at half time on Saturday, I doubt he will start

You never know, there may be some, "He was carrying a little niggle in the first half so he should be fine now" statement on Blunderside at some point today.

Youre right you never know but my opinion is that the plan was to rest Meyler on Saturday in preperation for him starting tonight

    I'd go for:

    ----------Stockdale-----------
    -----Chester Faye Bruce ------
    --Elmo----McKenna---Brady----
    -----Koren---------Quinn-----
    --------Aluko----Mclean-----

Hmm McLean you say? Not a bad shout, but I'd rather Proschwitz have some gametime to prove himself. McLean has had pretty much 2 Seasons to prove himself and he still hasn't scored regularly.

I wasn't reassured by Meyler's performances against Cardiff and Burnley (I didn't go to Birmingham) but I think we need to see what he's capable of.

Only way we are going to see that is if he's on the pitch. Meyler & Proschwitz to start for me although I dont think Nick will

    I'd go for:

    ----------Stockdale-----------
    -----Chester Faye Bruce ------
    --Elmo----Evans----Brady----
    -----Koren---------Quinn-----
    --------Aluko----Prozzy-----

Simpson is starting to piss me off, so I wouldn't play him personally. Needs about 10 chances to score, that lad.

Nah, can't see him dropping Simmo. Proschwitz will start again at some point, we needed to still be in the Cup really to start the out-of-favours.

FA Cup will provide that opportunity but Proschwitz cannot start with McLean, either Aluko or Simmo need to be alongside him

Aluko/Proschwitz would be worth a try IMO. Big Nick's the poacher and would latch onto any chance created by Aluko and Elmo etc.

I Think if we can contain there two wingers who have caused sides a lot of problems this season then we have a good chance, however after the way we played on Saturday it has brought our expectations down a little bit so lets just hope the team/crowd turn up with the right attitude and we all have a right go together <ok>

The 'law of averages' is absolutely nothing to do with logic. It's the complete opposite.

I'd find it incredible if Oli plays again, and very interesting to hear Brucie explain it afterwards.

I think Aluko and Simpson are probably our two best strikers, but I can understand why people want to see someone else come in. Who though? If we drop Simpson we aren't going to keep the ball in their half at all unless McLean comes in for him (but then whats the point in making that change?) if we drop Aluko we're sacrificing a player who can make something from nothing.

    I'd go 4-4-2.

Simmo n prozzy up top. Quinny n Aluko wide. Koren and Meyler in the centre.

3-5-2 is vulnerable to wingers. ZAha looks fukin excellent.

If OLM is correct and we will be unchanged then I think we will lose 3-1. Simpson looked tired, and Oli has been ****. Cant see us winning with one striker and no midfield.
