Trevor, it was you who made the claim that Rangers never cheated, therefore it is up to you to prove your statement. However I have asked you many times and after several days thinking, which I know is difficult for someone who accepts that he is almost a spastic, is the best you can come up with that old lie innocent until proven guilty. God, I wish rebel bhoy, would catch up with his reading, us "poor illiterate Celtic fans" as he and this Sevco friends think of us need his explanations as we coudn't be expected to know.
SevcoRebel, suit you better to read the tax case, as in your mind we are all waiting to know what it actually says. You seem to think you have a monopoly of wisdom, but unfortunately in your case self praise is no praise. Maybe you are waiting to see if there is an appeal, so that you don't waste your valuable boy time reading this verdict and give yourself more a... time and then read the final verdict if and when it comes.
1. PAYE NI unpaid. To the tune of £18.6million and monies used to maintain a squad which clearly could not be afforded. Tis enabled rfc now defunct (Companies House sports club SIC classification 93120 under which rfc ltd were liquidated) to field players against all clubs that season, whom they used tax payers monies to fund and so win games they should never have played in. Now I call that cheating one rather large scale. 2. BTC found rfc guilty of tax evasion in the EBT case for a few million pounds, not as much as originally thought and still to be a possible appeal,. Celtic lost two league titles by less than one game each. 3. Dual contracts hearing could still find rfc guilty as they may have failed to register players correctly. So keep your powder dry. Btw have you googled the SPECULATIVE SOCIETY ?
Hmrc appeal the decision ,I remember back in 1984 uefa said the score against Rapid Veinna stood , then we lost the appeal . You can 't appeal the second decision , makes the first one pointless .
