Thing is Sean his absolutely vital to the team, 9 million would be a total slap in the face in my opinion. I agree £20 million is a lot but if people are flinging around crazy amounts of cash for players we might as well join the party too. Ask yourself, "Why doesn't he start for the national side??" Primarily because he doesn't play for a 'top 6' club. If De Gae cost £17M, then I reckon JR is worth at least £20M!!!

Personally, I'd rather have JR keeping goal behind the boys in 'Yellow & Green', but we'll see what happens in January!!!

I shouldn't bother JR, he's not interested in John Ruddy or Norwich City.

 

Neuer cost around 18 million therefore Ruddy is worth much much less than that.

 

I wouldn't say Hart's place is that safe after he managed to embarrass our national team against Sweden. In the event of someone bidding for Ruddy I'll guarantee our board will take them to the cleaners pal and that's if we bother to accept it.
