We are in relegation trouble, here are some of the fixtures on Tuesday and Wednesday night Sunderland v QPR Aston Villa v Reading Southampton v Norwich. We have a 6 game run in December of Fulham (A) Man City (H) QPR (H) Man Utd (A) Arsenal (A) Everton (H)
I hate Ashley for injuring all our players and shattering Cisse's confidence the bastard! Kocernie marfya owt!
I concur. The bastard is ruining our club on purpose. Last year was just a deliberate tease to make this year worse. I've heard his parents were mackems. Just a rumour though.
The only thing that's actually bad about the championship to the average fan is having to field a side in that Texaco fantasy football league... I mean, I don't care about how much money the club is getting from Television rights, and quite frankly 23 games at a cheaper price is just recession friendly... So some of our old superstars will leave, but most will do a Bassong, while we'll find new heroes like Pancrate (what a goal vs Watford) and Lovenkrands... Who actually truly cares if we aren't being systematically abused by Mata, Puncheon or Van Persie every week? So while everyone is saying relegation, just chill-out and accept that relegation isn't so bad, we're still going to have busy weekends even if we're in the lowest league there is!
Yeah the Championship showed a lot of fans that relegation isn't the end of the world. I really enjoyed our time down there, much better class of fan. That said, I don't see us returning there for a good while but if we did it's hardly a tragedy.
Wow, yes were getting religated. Its a sure thing, we are the worst team in this leage. Jeez get a grip
Its the end of November... we have a lot of injuries (not trying to make excuses but its still a fact) and suspensions, everyone has bad patches ffs, we have a good manager, good players, and a good owner.
Swansea West Ham And Southampton. Should we not have been looking at at least 4 points from those games?
OK so.... since the season began... in the league.... tell me one game we have played well in....... won and deserved it. We are 1/3 of the season in.... won 3..... one against spuds.... we were lucky..... one against Norwich.... we were lucky and one againts West Brom...... and we were VERY VERY LUCKY. The next 6 games.... I see maximum of 6 points..... We are playing the worst football we have played in years. We have a serious injury list. Our Papis is taking the Papis... his form is woeful. Our manager seems to think that hoofball is the future. And... oh meh why am I even posting the proof is in the pudding........
Yes but we have just put in our worst performance for over 3 years. We can't score past a Gillingham reserve. Oh and last season we were playing well had made our best start to a season since the Keegan era.
Maybe I am, I understand everybody's beef about him being trouble and a bad example. But he's the only thing we haven't tried and can make an (positive) impact. We're all bashing Pardew for not changing things but we're not willing to try everything we have in the squad. I don't like him as much as the next fan, but we have to be willing to take risks on players now while morale is low.
From a sunderland fan's point of view, I really don't get why you'd want Pardew out? I have a strong dislike for him, but really?! I mean seriously, get a grip. You played the long ball quite often last year, admittedly it hasn't worked as well this year but god calling for him to leave really is fickle. Although I won't and haven't checked I bet most of you calling for him to leave couldn't stop singing his praises last year? Patience is definitely a ****ing virtue and some of you need to get some
The thing is we are in relegation trouble Vaughan, last year I thought he was a good manager when Ba, Santon and Cabaye were the only signings we saw and Cisse scored 13 flukes. This year we have seen others like Marveaux and he signed Amamouthful we know the truth about his general signing.
