Nah after 38 games you deserve to be where you finish, we were full value for our placing. Just as we are this season <laugh>

Just watched Pardew's post match interview on NUFC TV. He looked completely dejected and gave no opinion on what we could have done better. He basically blamed injuries and begged the fans for our support.

However, to his credit he did admit we deserved nothing from the game though.

During the season all clubs have injuries and suspenions the problem we have is our squad is paper thin and Ashley and LLambias knew this and did very little to sort it out.

I'd install Katmandu as assistant with immediate affect. He's always right apparently. I'd then fall back on everything he says. If says we aren't going to win, **** it we aren't going to bother playing them and I'll take the bus to Blackpool (not the stadium, because Katmandu has reservations about our ability to get up to their standard) so the squad can have a fun day out. Much more productive than losing. I'm sure AB and the rest of the lads making the trip every week would understand our forfeit, I mean, what's the point?

January would be tricky, because every player on earth is either too **** or won't come to us, but I'm sure his up-beat contributions will inspire the current awful players we have to new heights!

I would then slowly and surely seduce him, perhaps with a sexy red number. Once I've sired some super-optimistic off-spring (or done irreparable damage to his plumbing <whistle>) we'll head to the hills of Italy and spend many a ****ty month discussing each others flaws at length.

Saylor could be injured again as he went off 2 mins before end. As for playing Cisse at present it would be a waste seeing as he can't hold a ball up and is constantly offside. I would play just Ba up front against Stoke and flood the midfield to stifle them.

I personally think Saylor was injured much earlier into the second half.
He went up for a header and landed awkwardly, him and Krul had a quick word about him staying on as Mike Williamson was poor.

Alan Pardew has picked up 6 points from a possible 24 since being handed a contract keeping him here up until year "2020".

    *gets dizzy*

Mike Ashley has bought stability to this club, unfortunately we will have to endure poor patches and lack of strength in depth.

Roll on January transfer window, then things will become more apparent! :)

I'm not sure we're going to find too many good players wanting to face the challenge of a relegation battle.

Well hopefully we could find some players, who have the desire.

Sometimes i wonder, playing infront of 50,000+ Playing with likes of Ben Arfa, Ba, Cabaye, Cisse, Tiote and Colo why anyone would struggle to say yes.

    Make yourself a cult hero.

I can't see us picking up many points from the games leading up to January but if we get those players fit along with the progression of Santon and Anita there is no reason why players wouldn't want to join up.

The table is so close and sure, it'll change.

Its mainly not his fault as we have a weaker squad than last season and are missing 3 of our very best players, however I would like to see him getting the players to keep the ball on the grass and try and get forward faster and maybe get Cisse or BA in behind some time this season.

He has brought stability, however thats come with the devaluation of the club. As a club we are no bigger than Southampton or Reading in football these days.

Are fan base is bigger.. (I'd hope)

Thus players should want to play for the club and the fans.
