I believe we will sell Tiote and Enrique if the right offer comes in. The fact is we have to accept where we are and what the clubs aims are. We are still looking to stabalise not win anything. It is crazy that some fans still say things like "i cant see us selling him"???
Are they honestly being serious or are they really a goldfish or something. We will probs sell them 2 for about 30 million and spend 20 million of the Carroll 35. Then we will here some bollocks about trying really hard but not able to get the players we wanted at the right price.

I see where you're coming from but there are a lot of places a club could be inbetween purely stabilising and winning the league. In my opinion from what we've seen with the signings of Ben Arfa while he was injured, Tiote and the fact we are being linked with a lot of young talent around Europe (no smoke without fire, even if 0.1% of the rumours will eventually happen!) this club looks to be stabilising yes, but with a view to the future. I can understand where all this doom-mongering comes from, but you've just plucked figures out of the air and said "this is probably what will happen".

I may just be being ridiculously naive but Ashley knows in order to make money from a football club by selling it it has to be a good prospective acquisition, as he found out in 2008-09 when we were sliding down the table and he tried to sell us but no-one would pay anything like the price he wanted despite us having lots of big names in the squad. Even if he does want to sell it effectively means his short term goals are the same as ours, and that's to get the club solidly back up into the top half.

Wow, I rambled a lot there!!

His head was turned because he's a greedy little **** without one ounce of loyalty in his DNA.
Tiote coming from his backround is a different breed altogether.

Tiote would cost a fortune because of his contract & hopefully Tiote has told Gervinho good things of Newcastle...
