I have no issue with him outside the football world same with any footballer/manager. Most do good work for charity but within the biased walls of football hes just a clown.

He would of ****ed Liverpool up regardless of ownership. He had become an untouchable figure amongst fans who couldnt see the harm he was doing alongside the cowboys.

The proof of this became clear at Inter. The European champions, treble winners. A team who couldnt possibly have anything go wrong...............except nobody accounted for the Rafa factor.

He thinks hes a demi god. Hes not, hes won a few trophies millions of years ago ( football terms ).

Yes, he did accept a job, but we're booing him because of the comments he made against us whilst manager of Liverpool.

OP, you're a complete fool too, how the **** is any of this 'spineless'?

Its more to do with the blatant disrespect he showed to that team or manager with that name. Whoever they or he may be <ok>

Regardless of all the cheap shots being tossed around, it's a very simple question:

Why boo Benitez when it's Roman who offered him the job?

Sure, you might prefer a different manager who didn't slag you off at the time when he managed a rival club, but he is still your manager now. You should be aiming your criticism at Roman for having no self-respect in chasing a former rival manager, not at Rafa for taking a good job at top club. It's not like he's gone there to screw you up, he wants to win trophies, and he's a top manager as proven many times.

Boo Roman and maybe get behind your manager.

The point DDDDDD is making is that he reckon's you're attacking Rafa rather than Roman because you're be screwed if Roman leaves so don't upset him.

We have criticised the board, but like I said Benitez was booed because of the things he's said in the past about us.

My point remains: How does that help/change/affect anything?

He's your manager. He's a good manager. He clearly wants to win trophies. Get behind him.

What happens if Roman listens to the fans and sacks him? No offense, but very few managers would be willing to take the job currently..
If he stays and does well, will you suddenly get behind him or will you keep booing him?

Doesn't, shows we dislike him though.

I'm willing to give the bloke a chance and I'm sure if he does well he'll change everybody's mind, but a legend was sacked who won two major trophies in the space of a few months and wasn't doing a terrible job and was replaced with a man highly disliked by 99% of Chelsea fans - we have a right to be unhappy.

Sure you have a right to be unhappy, but aim your displeasure at the right person: Roman, not Rafa.
Same as it was Roman who sacked Robbie, not Rafa.

The chants at the Bridge should be for Roman to leave, not for Rafa to leave...but again, the point DDDDDD was making was that you're scared of losing him.

    So what?

    None of it is inaccurate.

He nearly ruined your club, and couldn't even succeed with a ready made team like inter.

Forget Athens and look at what Rafa really did for you...the "legacy" is still evident to this day.
