I can see Liverpool becoming more of a threat throughout the season. I'm watching them against Swansea and their football is arguably better than ours. Suarez is also on a one-man scoring mission at the moment, he's really got the bit between his teeth.
I thought our game yesterday was boring, but what with the ****e that's been served up today by Liverpool, £ity and the Chavs - I'm beginning to wonder if we were really that bad.
Swansea away is not an easy game, we lost away to Swansea, so getting a draw away at Swansea is a decent point, much more decent than getting a point at struggling relegation team Villa.
Actually, that is the point. We were pretty poor yesterday, but Villa did well to stop us playing. You can only play against what you're up against on the day, and Villa were resolute.
Actually Villa were abysmal yesterday, this talk of Villa playing good is nonsense, so I don't know what you guys were watching, but all of us at the game were saying how sh!t and dreadful Villa were. We were simply poor, not down to Villa's performance, but down to our own bad performance, we were slow, never made any good passes, or runs, lack of movement, the same story we have seen so many times this season. We usually get very tough encounters at Villa, that game was as bad as they've been for a very very long time, they were there for the taking, and we didn't take them.
I don't care if you can't argue, we didn't win yesterday because we played bad, not because Villa made a valiant effort, quit trying to find every excuse in the book to hide the fact that this Arsenal team is currently putting out a lot of poor performances. NOBODY at the game yesterday was saying wow Villa played strong, everyone was saying how poor we were, get over it.
Yeah, because you can't, you just talk nonsense making things up, "Oh Villa played so good", yeah, keep telling yourself that, say it so many times you might start believing it too. We didn't win because we were poor, our attacking display was poor, Wenger himself admitted we lacked sharpness, something he's said on many occasions this season, we just uselessly pass the ball around doing nothing with it. We didn't even make their goalkeeper make a decent save, and if our team can't make a decent save out of a goalkeeper because Aston Villa played good, LOL, then forget about having a chance against the likes of Barca and Madrid, imagine what would happen if they played hard against us? Hilarious, so a piss poor team like Villa putting a good performance= Arsenal faltering, even your own rubbish arguments work against you.
