Harsh on him, but looks like Taylor will be getting the chance many of us wanted him too.

Must be a bad one :emoticon-0104-surpr

Looks like the Williamson/Taylor debate just got reignited. Shame for him though.

    I bet it was Harper!

If he can't play up front he's taking everyone out.

Shame for the lad, he should be fine for next season though Smudger.
Looking at the video yesterday and the close up pics of Taylor he does not look in the best shape for Premier League football.

We could solve the keeper debate and our striker problems for next season. Krul in goal, Harper and Forster up front.

    as for the saylor/willo debate
    this

prefer him to Taylor but would prefer us to sign a quality cb to partner colo and use them as back up

This is the second arm injury he'd had for us, how peculiar. I assume this time he cant wear a cast over it and play either?

I suppose the positive is we are safe so Taylor has a chance to prove himself.

Willow has his faults, but is far better than Taylor IMO

    Taylor looks big and slow

Gutted for Willow, the lad has got his head down and done a job for us since he come here.

I think I'm going to put a cheeky bet on Saylor first goal on Saturday then. He is usually a threat from corners!

If it was ever going to happen, now would be the least worst time for it.

    1). We're already safe
2). It's towards the end of the season but not quite there yet, so these extra few weeks plus all of the pre-season is hopefully enough for him to be fit for when it all starts up again (although I still desperately want us to have a new first choice CB).
3). Willo has played most of the season so he's had a good run and had a chance to play a lot of games. It's not like he's been injured near the start and missed most of the season (i.e. Ben Arfa). That must be far more frustrating knowing that you're going to miss so much football.
