Apologies Lamb, I didn't see your post until now, and I actually started a thread about it just a few minutes ago. Fergie Time, that is, not the fact that you didn't start a new thread. ;)

Sky said that Cortese sacked Pardew just weeks after he came into the club earlier.

Now I see that the Sun have said that Lallana was a Pardew signing... hope is lost.

They're not serious news gathering media. Blimey, if I inadvertently watched or read anything coming from media of the pathetic stature, and it was important to me, I'd get off to the BBC or some other respected organisation, say... Reuters, to confirm whether or not it was true.

News media like SKY or newspapers like The Sun, have no interest in the truth if a story is made more interesting by fabrication.

Oh it just gets worse... They call Fonte, "Fontaine", Lallana "Lallan" and also we have another new player.... Calvin Davis.

It's worth paying for (despite feeding Lord Murdoch) because being able to watch football isn't ruined by idiot pundits, otherwise nobody would watch Match of the Day!

For the record I don't pay for Sky, because you can get everything for free and I'm very poor.

You'll never catch me watching Sky News or agreeing with Kay Burley, but SSN definitely has the best sports coverage, and also Sky1 and Sky Atlantic get those awesome HBO shows like Game of Thrones and The Wire.

Anyone got rain where they are? A big storm is over Portsmouth, I don't think I've ever seen a darker sky, it's like the eclipse!

Same here, it's been raining constantly for a week or so, but it miraculously stopped on Thursday just in time for my graduation, and then started again when it was over. The weather likes me.
