.....those QPR supporters they interview outside loftus road? We all seem like a reasonably intelligent bunch on here, yet whenever they show an interview with a fan it always seems to be with a grizzled and confused old man wearing a blue & white bobble hat or someone who struggles to produce a sensible answer. Tonight I watched a fan being asked about Redknapp probably joining us. His answer was basically " he's a good manager, but Hughes was also a good manager" Is this just me, or has anyone else noticed this?! Apologies if any of you happen to be that grizzled old man..
They get given a couple bob to say what the media wants to use, to drum up hype and hoopla for their networks so that they'll get noticed when they make noise like that, hoping to get more viewers and more discussions like this all over which all helps to increase any sort of buzz.
I thought much the same too. It was bright when they filmed these talking heads yesterday, so I assumed that they just sent a camera crew and grabbed 'passer bys' whilst everyone else was at work! They returned to one guy twice, who made little sense. I got the feeling he had been cycling by and was asked to contribute.
What's so confusing about it? It's alright mate, it's a good thing to be not ashamed that you are dense, at least you are honest enough to admit it here
Well actually you're missing 1 there, aren't you, lugnut? You need 1-2-3-4-1 to make it 11! And it would actually work! At least I can count!
I guess no normal supporter would hang around Sky camera's all day just to get on TV? I did notice that we had a few... (how should i say)? You know what i mean. At least we aren't as bad as those Stoke fans with the dodgy teeth.
The gizzled old man probably has a pile of bobbled hats from different teams stashed in his wardrobe, and makes a good living out of it. He'd just come straight from the Fulham Road where he'd given an equally illuminating interview to Sky about Benitez...
