Hypocrite, at least you will have an excuse why you choose to watch Manure or whoever on Sky under your duvet because it's a bit wet

Because Cock On didn't go to your home game the other week as it was cold, and wanted to watch Manure and Arsenal

No I'm not going, I don't do away games too much nowadays only between 5-10 a season but very rarely in November and December due to Xmas, plus the wife is due another op on her knee so sitting in the car for that length of time is too much for her.

i dont do away days full stop now apart from cheltenham and exeter but was away for the weekend vs exeter recently. finances is 1 thing but main reason why is that i work monday to friday and after losing my brother, i want to spend all my time i have with my wife and kids because you never know how long we all got in this world! so i just go to the home games now.
your other go to games as well? if so is that a good thing or bad thing? i would hate for my other half to go to football with me. would be able to do and say half as much as i would usually do <laugh> she hates football.

My wife loves going, she always goes to the games been season ticket holders now for a few years now. I used to go to away matches in minibuses with the lads but slowly that got to a car now I might see one or maybe two off them over the gate.
But now I go with my wife, daughter and her friend as we get a family season ticket which is basically pay for two adults and get two kids tickets free.
I have two boys one 23 and the other 21 who never go or show interest in football my 13 year old daughter thinks they are gay <laugh> if she had her way she would go every week and loves the away games better as she gets to sing the as she calls it the sweary songs <laugh>

23 and 21 year old lads not into football and your 13 year old girl calls them gay <laugh> quality <applause>

each adult season ticket get a child season ticket free is a great deal which we do as well. my oldest is only 4 and when i go she cries saying she wants to go as well but the wife wont let her until at least 10. by then she wont be interested in it! or we be at the downs league the way were going <doh> i havent put my foot down only because the foul language used at the mem at the moment, no 4 year old should hear so i agree with her (at the moment).

Got no idea why they don't like it, possibly because I was young when I had them so I wanted to go with the lads? They did play rugby when they were younger but gave up after I became coach of the youths. But the ex wife didn't like it so they got treats when I went out from her. I tried teaching them and taking them sometimes but just never happened. As I say when I met my wife now she enjoyed football so started coming with me and the step daughter just got into it. On transfer deadline day she even watches the transfer to see who we sign. Her real dad is a Leeds fan and is pleased she goes but gutted she supports city, and she likes to wind him up when Leeds lose<laugh>
