Very clever I guess I shouldn't be surprised by fans of both Norwich and Swansea harping on about QPR.
For "harping on" see "laughing at", and yes, after all the bullshit we endured from a section of your fanbase on here over the summer telling us how jealous we were of your club I think we've got every right to laugh at just how **** you actually are
As I said upon his appointment, Hughton was a very astute bit of business. Long way to go until the end of the season, it will be hard for us to survive but by no means mission impossible. I'm pencilling in 3 points on the calender for 2nd Feb. Please don't laugh again, I'm sure you'll feel you don't need them.
Mr H is an incredibly good manager who will lead us on well from where Lambo left us, I just cant see your clubs desire to run for Rednapp I would be vey worried about his CV , anyway best of luck with that !
Redknapp has got the media quality but his achievements are all over the place. I think QPR will really struggle to recover from where they are and it is crazy to sack Hughes today - why not last Monday? They are just throwing money around and hoping that something works.
you do get the feeling that if qpr stay up it will be more down to luck than any sound judgement or planning.
Hughes should have gone post the WHU match, it was clear after that game that his tactics were at best questionable but in my opinion non-existent. The players and board have to shoulder some of the blame too, who the hell sanctioned Andy Johnson's signing and don't get me started on Jose Bonsingwa's tracking back attitude. Any chance of a swap for Hoolahan? Always admired him when he came to LR. As for HR, his managerial past is not the greatest but you have to look at the other options available, which to be fair is very little. HR is nothing if not a manager to get the best out of an underachieving side, we most definitely have one of those. I think his overall win % of 49 as manager probably helps his cause aswell. We could appoint a young untested upcoming manager I hear you say, well if the financial gulf of Premier League to Championship was not so vast I would gladly see that happening. Unfortunately we find ourselves in a position where financial implications have made HR a must.
How about his comment copied from the BBC website - "Go Harry the best English manager around , spurs's loss QPR's gain He will keep them up this year and make them a top 7 side meaning European football within 3 years, then after that England manager !" Either the poster is totally delusional or has had a 'liquid lunch!!!'
JRfan; I'm assuming you mean 'this' and not 'his' as that comment has nothing to do with me. As for luck, we all have some of that throughout a season.
JRfan; I would be as surprised as you, I assure you of that. For now i'm going to sit back and hope that we can pull off a 17th place finish. Good luck in Scouseland today.
