The FA should throw the book at them, relegate them to the conference south

Personally think it's disgraceful that Chelsea can effectively ruin a mans career, drag his name through the mud by accussing him of being racist with no evidence.

If there was confusion they could've easily kept it behind doors and cleared it up. Instead Clattenburg now will forever be known as the ref accussed of racism.

I just find it hilarious how thick their fans are, they defend someone convicted of racism and abuse the person who was the victim yet will abuse the man found innocent while taking the side of the players who made false allegations.

What massive hypocrites. I hope this leads to every ref giving 50/50 decisions against them from now on.

Chelsea and Mikel have utterly disgraced themselves. It was as clear as day from the start that they were just bitter because Clattenburg fu*ked them during the game. But the fact is, every team gets fu*ked by the Ref when they play United but they don't start crying racism!

This was a non-issue just like the Ferdinand circus and I hope the FA throw the book at them for this. Mikel should be banned.

I hope Clattenberg takes them to the cleaners, no doubt it was 'get the ref' because they lost...

I actually think it's the other way around. The Scum have got what they wanted, Clattenburg won't be put to ref them ever again. How can anyone say that he's unbiased after this?

Yeah I know. But will he be selected? There's is no doubt his every decission will be scrutinised and if anything goes against them you can be sure Chelsea will ask questions and we'll find ourself back in this place.

I think its the other way around, the FA will make a point of giving him an early game against them, probably away from SB. Thay cant allow them to win.

Part of the FA statement following the decision earlier today.

"Furthermore, all Participants are advised to report any such alleged misconduct to The FA. In this case, the player and club were correct in reporting the matter to The FA and it was appropriate and proper for such an allegation to be thoroughly investigated."

Looks like Chelsea did the right thing from the FA perspective.

Clattenburgs statement has a go at them for blabbing to the press, the club should not have gone public unless he was found guilty which is correct or its just a smear campaign which theyve done several times against different refs.

So the real Swords is back. The dead giveaway was the reference to the "Ferdinand circus" but thought I'd just check the profile. Can all you cross-dressers stop confusing us all? By the way you still talk a load of ****e when it comes to Ferdinand /Terry. A mellowing attitude and developing appreciation of Taarabt doesn't cut it until you can admit that you were wrong about Ferdinand. Just because he is a poor substitue for a CH was no reason to pile the balme for what happened on his shoulders.

Yeah sure. Everybody in the world could see through Chelsea's motive for making the allegations.

    This!

Ramires could have easily gone to RDM saying "look gaffer I think I heard the ref say this but im not sure" and gone from there. They could've talked about it after the match and involved the FA but instead it was all over the papers within hours. Chelsea have ruined a mans career and put him and his family through unimaginable **** for weeks.
