On home turf (Bristol and Bath) Rovers have from ten with one draw meaning The Bantams have never beaten Rovers at home, the same amount has been played at Bradfords Valley parade ten games, Rovers taking four wins Bradford three and three draws. Last Meetings Saturday 28th January 2012 - Bristol Rovers 2 - 1 Bradford City Saturday 10th September 2011 - Bradford City 2 - 2 Bristol Rovers So Gasheads everything its very bleak for us at the moment injuries galore, stadium matters regarding Sainsbury' and the Memorial Stadium being put back until January 16th. Next up Bradford City at the Mem the Bantams have had a very good season so far which is a far cry from there usual bottom half finish they know how to find the net and have one of the best defencive records in league 2. With only one defeat in there last six games in November there going to be another extremely difficult opponent for us however we do have the fact that they have never beat us on home turf so can we keep this record going. So what will the score be can The Gas pull off a upset with a limited squad or will the Bantams carry on from where Port Vale left off on Tuesday night with another crushing defeat? Pick your score, scorer/scorers and how many Gasheads will turn out
I'm going for a score draw I'm going to be brave and say 2-2. Scorers I will say Eaves and Riordan (finally). Attendance 5723
If Bradford score first it could be a very unpleasant and uncomfortable afternoon for everyone. I'll go Rovers 1 Bradford 3 5,175
**** it, 4-0 rovers. im in a positive mood. the lads must do better and perform better. if its still 0-0 after 20 mins and not looking good, try and get a man sent off we usually beat 10 men (only just mind ) seriously, i have a good feeling about this. as the stats show in the thread, they havent beat us at home so that will play on their minds
What planet are you on CJ a win How many teams have we beaten at home CJ.......3 and we are -3 goals. As for the attendance a healthy 4100 max Rovers fans will bother to turn up and thats pushing it if the weather worsens then 3880 Gumanji over 5000 If the way we played over the last few matches is anything to go by we will be lucky to lose by less than 3. Still we have a new 33yr old defender whoopee Oh they have just released the new team photo LOL COR
i accept pints as a token for me being right while i be doing me victory dance like this guy....
dont be so silly.... always 1 that goes overboard and crosses that line as you got port vale wrong, have you expressed your love to city on their board as your punishment?

So if we lose tomorrow then we might be okay concerning the bottom to as all three teams under us have tough games to Aldershot Vs Port Vale Cheltenham Town Vs Barnet Wycombe Wanderers Vs Burton Albion Can't see any of are relagation rivals getting anything from these games maybe Wycombe might snatch a draw.
TEAM NEWS Bristol Rovers welcome back Oliver Norburn and Garry Kenneth from suspension but Eliot Richards still has two more games of his ban remaining. Tom Parkes is out and David Clarkson is a doubt (both ankle) but new loan defender Guy Branston is available. Bradford could hand a debut to West Ham midfielder Blair Turgot, who joined on loan on Thursday. Defender John Egan has returned to parent club Sunderland after breaking his leg against Plymouth on Saturday.
VIEWS FROM THE TRAINING GROUND Bristol Rovers manager Mark McGhee told BBC Radio Bristol: "I have the fans at the absolute top of my priorities. I think the players are here for the fans and I'm here for the fans. "I will always try and do the best that I can for the fans but I can only do with what I have. "We were training on Thursday with nine players. I'll do the best I can do add to that and I'll do my best to win the game on Saturday; that's all we can do." Bradford assistant manager Steve Parkin told BBC Radio Leeds: "We're bitterly disappointed and sad about what has happened to John (Egan) because he was doing a great job for us. "The manager was busy on the phone on Thursday but we had to try and bring a player in who could play in the Cup games. "Things are looking slightly brighter on the injury front, which is important with the busy Christmas period coming up."
I'm hoping for a score draw to stop the rot as I really can't see us beating the Bantams on our current form. 4,800 attendance and that's if the game even goes ahead what with the abysmal weather forecast. By the way CJS - that table tennis player doing the victory dance was 10-1 down! Could well be us tomorrow!
