**** the psn!!!

I think what seperates MW2 and BO to other shooters is that it's more addicitive by treating you like a lab rat, gifting you bit by bit for weeks until you get maximum level and then do it again because you crave it.

Ever since WOW, online gaming changed quickly enough and the main reason why I'd never touch a MMORPG with a barge pole now compared to 5 years ago.

 

Yeah Black Ops is in a league of its own compared to the past ones.
Great game, but I don't play it to much as I am not a shooters person so only play it when I can't be arsed or I am bored of Fifa 11.

 

Mafia II is awesome, in my 5th season on fifa 11

 

I have restarted many times on Fifa due to getting bored, Massive player of the game, play it loads one time got to season 9 then gave up and restarted.
I am currently on season 3 as I restarted in March.

Is it any coincidence that only a couple of weeks after Sony has +70M names and addresses hacked the US find Bin Laden? Perhaps he was a secret COD addict ;-)

 

He didnt have Internet so he decided to play Real Life COD

lol I hear they made a miscalculation of how many accounts could of been hacked and after a brief reopening they are now down again.

Sony have been dicks lately, were so good, Still sticking with them, Not going to Xbox again.

 

anyone here had issues with their PS3's wifi connection? (not related to the PSN outage) Mine sits 10 feet away from our router with a clear unobstructed line of sight yet the speeds are slow and frequently disconnects. None of my other wireless devices have an issue so the router is fine.

 

I had a problem with my xbox if I tried to connect to a certain port (band) on the wireless router it would fail if another wireless Xbox or device is connected to that band. The xbox doesnt seem to be clever enough to look for another band to connect to. I dont know if this would be the same for the ps3

 

I'll try swapping bands once the PSN is back up and I've plugged in the PS3, might take it into the bedroom as a media player, bit noisy though.

 

I had that many times like in the two weeks leading up to the Hacking, But I believe that could be something to do with the hacking as they said in the weeks leading up to this outage there was a few minor hacks and it may have effected other peoples connections.

 

I'm sure its been said before, but shouldn't the PSN be rechristened the Playstation Notwork?
