Agree with that..........although there's not much point discussing it is there as we can't control what will happen?
He won't need one, after he has purged us of £x,xxx, xxx's. He is well aware he may struggle to work at this level or even near it again so is hanging on for his pension.
This. If any of the rumour is true then we have a manager that won't give a damn in charge of a team that is bereft of confidence and has no motivation. Man U have a history of slip ups against bottom teams and we're lengthening already long odds to the point of embarrassment.
Believe everything you read do you? None of us have any proof that this is true. Object to him for football related reasons but you know frak all about the man's character, none of us do.
You trolling me now col? Jog on mate, I'd prefer it if you didn't comment on my post if i'm honest until you can bring something more productive to the table. You're boring me now.....
Exactly. They actually offered me the job and have given me a few weeks to make up my mind. Hughes will stay until I decide - longer if I decide not to take it. However, if Hughes does a good job and the Rs start winning then I will have to wait. Please remember that if I am not manager in three or four weeks time it is because I was not offered enough money (in wage or for transfers) or any of a thousand other "reasons" ... or Hughes has got us back on track. Someone else may even take the job. The club have said that if the press get hold of it they will deny having any business with me until it is definite that I will become the new manager. You can't prove me wrong, can you?
I'll believe this when it all comes out eventually Either way it's madness going to OT with old folded arms in charge
It's like there is a smear campaign aimed at MH. I don't like MH and want him out but sometimes these posts/tweets just sound ridiculous. I'll wait for the Man U game to judge it's validity.
He's probably waiting for the FAW to sack Coleman and walk straight back into the Wales job...... ;-)
Totally bizarre if true, so probably isn't. Take the emotion of this being our club and the surreal nature of football out of it, can't see the issue if Hughes is seeking a full pay off. If that's the price of terminating his contract, that's the price. Nothing to do with honour.
Have to say that all this speculation is not doing us any good......lets just accept it that at the moment MH is going to be in charge at OT on saturday. Lets hope that if he can't/won't motivate the players that some of the older guys like derry, nelsen, hill step up to the plate and tell the rest of them whats what and shove a firework up their collective a**** so that they are in the right frame of mind to play the game we know they are capacble off.
He can do one, hes not entitled to anything. At least we will have his claws out of our club from now on.
