I think, the first goal was a triumph for what MON has set us up to do. From the moment the bar came back off the crossbar, Danny Rose was looking for the counter-attack. Straight on to AJ who looked up and sent Fletch away. If we had seen Napoli or Bilbao do it we would have been in awe. It was our beloved lads. It is a small sign of what MON is capable of producing. I know we lack creative midfield players but so does MON, that's why we set up the way we do. When we add more quality we might get another dimension.

Two counter-attacks and a set piece. MON must be very pleased to see his plans come to fruition, albeit belatedly. It will be harder at home where teams wont be so open. Fulham played into our hands.

I am actually more confident of beating west Brom than some of the other games. i just think West brom are over achieving and due a reverse. Fingers crossed. One things for sure, we will need to be at our best!

I saw enough before the sending off, to feel more confident.
I completely disagree with others who were saying we were **** first half.
We were attacking and holding the ball well enough and more than matched Fulham who have played well under Jol.

Not sure what they are expecting from us, we aint Barcelona.

And yes I still think we should have went for the jugular after they were down to 10.
We had a great many chances to increase the score and far to often we turned round and passed it backward.
    **** that.
Keep going for goal when we have the chance.

As for the Brom game hoping for a win but my gut says draw.
    They are playing very well.
I hope we are pushing them back from the start.

Hopefully Gardner will be in the middle this weekend which imo gives us a more balanced, attack minded midfield.
For further options we could also put JC at LB and move Danny up to Left wing. This gives us even more pace upfront and Rose does put a canny cross in. AJ to stay on the right and with Bardo getting fitter he will start overlapping again soon.
    MIG
Bardo, Cuellar, Titus(more pace than JOS), JC
    AJ, Catts, Gardner, Rose
    Sess Fletch

Cannot imagine for 1 minute this will be the team but its what I would go with.

Don't think it would be fair to drop O'Shea who has generally had a good season for us so far, I would drop Cuellar before him.

Hard to say at the minute mate one win and we are superstars at present, when we string a few together with some other decent results then we'll know a bit better where we stand.

Aye this definitely - we've only won twice all season but we've played much better in the last 3 weeks (although the doom mongers - like my Dad, don't agree!!) The same level of performance over the upcoming games and I fancy a top half finish - but if we get dragged back down, god only knows!!

I do know that this is one of the most important seasons EVER for staying in the premier league with the new TV Revenue deal next season (no idea about it all in all but have heard that the money will be significantly more next season) - the higher we finish the better as well - target was 8th before the season started but we have started very poorly - we can still make it and I'm an optimist but I think 10th is more realistic
