    He'd only be good for selling shirts and merchandise, as a footballer he can't cut it these days. Probably slower than the Boat in his last season!

    Without a shadow of doubt the most important thing for him and his family in his next move isnt the club, but where they can live. So I think we can rule it out...

    Can see him going to an Asian/Aussie club. Maybe somewhere in Japan or Singapore, but most likely oz.

    The A league for Becks is about right now. His last pay day and country to play in.

    What this will do is now add fuel to the fire of Frank Lampard leaving Chelsea for LA. Maybe Drogba as well if the China syndrome carries on. <ok>

    I live on the Marina, and there's some right nifty flats round here that I'm sure Vicky would be more than at home in.

    I have great views of the Humber, Chiquitos and Smith & Nephew.

    The one time I can comment since all the LA games are live on TV here.

    Beckham is slower than **** now. He is the least physical player on the field every game. His crossing is hardly great anymore. It is not that he cant send one of his amazing crosses in its just that it only happens once in a blue moon. He is also fragile. MLS players tear into him, I can only imagine what would happen to him in the championship. From what I have seen this year I honestly do not think he would make our starting 11. The only player on LA that I would want would be Keane.

    I'd love him at City, a proper role model and a thoroughly decent fella! His goal against Greece at Old Trafford is still my favourite England moment by a long long way!!

    Never gonna happen of course but would be great if he did, I have heard mongs saying Spurs despite him saying several times he'd never play in England again unless it was United! Personally reckon its Oz for him now

    David Beckham has released a statement saying he has no plans to play football in Australia. He said after watching The Sound of Music, he doesn't fancy the place.
