Partially, yes. If it was me and a more than acceptable wage was offered and you would be number one choice at a different club - then that would be the better option.
He'll be on least double what we could pay him, with that big a difference, a family and a short career, it's a no brainer.
We will take Mat Ryan from Central Coast Mariners. Not this clown. Ryan is a very good keeper, #2 for Australia, and some say he should be #1
Isn't Mat Ryan a bit on the small side for a keeper, think I read somewhere he is only 5 foot 10 or suchlike?
He's grown an inch and a half this week, when I looked on wiki last week, it said he was 5'11". From when he was on trial at Spurs... http://www.cartilagefreecaptain.com...thew-ryan-highlights-and-scouting-report-from
It seems this kid is very keen to join us, I bet the fans of his current club aren't too chuffed... http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/8262657/?
Player power normally does win in the end. But we could get him for nowt in the summer when his contract ends. Myhill is more of a goer in the summer i would suggest than Jan. Again Bo's contract ends in the summer of 2013. Rumour on saturday has WBA making a move for Blues GK Jack Butland. TWT.
We won't sign him in the summer, he plays in Norway, either we sign him in January before their season starts, or we'll sign someone else.
He might drive the deal forward, but we still need to sign him in Janary, or it won't happen at all. Their season ends in October and there's no way we're going to start next season without a permanent first choice keeper in place.
He looks a Psychopath in that picture. Have we actually lodged a bid for the Aussie, or just registered interest, and bid for the Norwegian?
