Name and Shame thread.

How do they know which guest is who on there? Just curious.

 

It would be quite easy to look up the IP of anybody who posts content to that site if you have admin controls.

The same as HotFlush who left his IP address here, when he was posting his bile on this site.

There are various tools online for reporting abuse, threats of violence etc. One of the areas that the CPS form a case for prosecution incidently is where a person makes repeated threats to 'meet up for the purpose of violence'.

I think HotFlush needs to realise that hiding behind his computer and spouting off abuse and threats does not protect him from prosecution.

The admin on that site need to be very careful about what their members post. Whilst the individual who posted it can be prosecuted. The website that hosts the site could quite easily take it down if the administrators of that website were seen to be colluding with the abuse.

It's quite easy to find out who hosts a particular website, anybody can do a search.

Agreed I think it was quite clear who was making the threats, racist and homophobic abuse. It's all there in black and white on their shoutbox.

 

Make a slight modification to the name "shoutbox" and it becomes more accurate

 

Haha hothead is applying for some stupid licence, so he can claim the whole incident was made up, in case someone reports him, shat himself when someone threatened to report him, what a big hard man, imagine if someone actually called his bluff and went to meet him for a flight, would probably be on the next flight to Cuba haha. He's a real life bad boy alright lol

You would have hoped so. I popped in to wish them well after the NLD and got a load of abuse, Jamrag edited my comment to try and make it look like I was somebody from here whining about how **** this site is and how I have got 5 accounts that I use to wum everybody else here with

Hothead's meltdown was funny, he totally lost the plot. But without going into details somebody has PM'd me to say they are really upset with some of his comments which were really disgusting, personal, racist and homophobic. I think they want to make a complaint about it, so they have taken screenshots of the shoutbox with the abusive comments and screenshots of the shoutbox where their admin have said that they keep a record of the comments, also one of their admins said that they have deliberately changed and edited comments. (they have a screenshot of that too) So it's a good job they captured it before they tried to cover it up.

Bit of a sorry affair really. Personally, I was in stitches seeing Hotflush lose the plot, but some of the stuff he posted was way out of line and I think it's going to end up with somebody making an official complaint about that website.

 

Sad to hear it. I think our members should refrain from winding them up too in future, though.

Drawing a line under this whole affair will be the best move. It was funny to see that dimwit, Hotflush go into full blown meltdown but now it's time to move on and get back to focusing on club we all love.

I took this thread off last night to take a bit of heat out of the situation. As a CEOP complaint and an ISP complaint about some of the abuse that Hothead posted has been filed by one of our members who was personally affected by his outbursts.

So this is just a reminder to people to be aware that posts that are racist, homophobic, threats of violence etc are still crimes even if they are posted on the internet.

 

it is strange to have such a reputation on a site that i never go on , have only ever posted on twice, both of them innocuous posts when the site first opened.
