Looking for their first victory in three outings, Newcastle reserves are action in tonight (Monday) when they make the short trip to mackemland.

Kickoff at the stadium of plight is at 7pm and toon fans can pay on the night at South Stand turnstile 61, as has been the case for previous reserve games here.

Adult admission is £3, concessions (Over 65s & U16s) £1 and turnstiles open at 6pm. Given the slowness of entry last season, you may want to get there in good time if you're interested in seeing the kickoff...

Squad: Alnwick, Woodman, Riley, Newton, Moyo, Good, Kitchen, Satka, Abeid, Inman, Knight, Logan, Maddison, Miele, Hooper, Ranger.

Cheap as chips to get in and see some of the stars of the future. Just along the road and should be a decent game with some of them hoping to be in the first XI soon.

Sounds promising regarding Abeid, is Curtis Good playing? Was wondering how he was panning out?

Can we expect a match report Mr Toontastic, for those of us just too far away to see for ourselves.

Would be really reassuring to know we have some good young talents coming through!

But in the first minute of stoppage time, Riley lost possession and Lynch ran forward and finished well to ensure that both derbies at this level ended 2-2 this season. Typical it would seem.
