You can only play who is in front of you and we scored more than anyone in the league against them (and anyone else in particular). It took you a last minute winner to beat them.
I never criticised Pearson's signings, you just said that we had a better squad now due to the money Bruce has spent, I was simply pointing out that he hasn't spent nearly as much as Pearson and all the signings he's made are on £6-10k a week, none of them are on massive wages(certainly not the daft wages Sven was dishing out).
Now now AKCJ, don't let a good result on Saturday go to your head. Your results suggest that you are not "scoring for fun and keeping clean sheets week in week out" Leicester 6-0 Ipswich Leicester 2-2 Nottm Forest Bolton 0-0 Leicester Watford 2-1 Leicester Leicester 1-2 Crystal Palace Leicester 1-0 Brighton Birmingham 1-1 Leicester
Odd. I'm pretty sure if that was the case we wouldn't be above you ... You do make me laugh AKCJ, some of the stuff you come out with is priceless.
You've only scored more because you put six past a dire Ipswich, before Saturday you'd scored less than us(though you'd conceded less too).
When you pin your hopes on a 2.6M striker who turns out to be **** then you will struggle to score goals
You can score as many as you like, we're still above you. I think we're just playing in second gear at the moment too.
I'm fairly sure you were all moaning than Nigel only got a goal a game when he was with you last. I also remember you finishing above us. What side of the argument are you taking? Remember we were in first gear when we took you apart, too
Other then Dyer and Waghorn no one stood out against Ipswich. Everyone else played to standard To still score 6 goals tells you something kiddo
Because they were more dire against you, than they were against us, their defending for your goals was pantomime. The result isn't always a full reflection of the performance either, we completely outplayed Peterborough, yet still managed to lose 3-1. Burton Albion put four past you, doesn't mean they're any good, it was just a fluke result.
Nigel was bargain shopping for you and found you some very good player. Only really Fryatt and McLean he spent for. Bruce has spent nearly 3M on a crap striker and I bet you wage bill is alot higher now then it was under Nigel
If Nigel Pearson had stayed at Hull his ' Boring Football ' would have got us into the play offs .. Nick Barmby Blew it in my opinion.. We also had our Longest Ever unbeaten away from home run in over a hundred years under Nigel Pearson ... Of course I am well pleased we have got Steve Bruce .... Just as Leicester supporters are well pleased they have Nigel Pearson... So it's a win win situation for Leicester City Supporters AND Hull City Supporters ... We both had good wins on Saturday . Also both sets of fans know all Transfers are a risk . Can't Judge the Germany yet because iv not seen enough of him yet..
