Bin Laden waived any human rights a long time ago. Killing him outright was the best thing to do. Any war crimes trial would have been a circus and a constant security problem. Plus there would always have been the chance of him escaping. Anybody complaining on his behalf needs shooting in the head too Ok, maybe a bit harsh, but you get the point.
