What a bitter lot <laugh>

Just been on one of ther independent fans forums, the general consensus is we were gifted 3 very lucky goals, they scored 2 fabulously worked goals, they should have won, the ref was useless and very harsh to zigic (harsh honestly? He made 2 horrible challenges he could have seen a straight red for!), they should have had '2 clear stonewall penalties' (when?), and even one dickhead genuinely suggesting we had bribed the ref, seriously.

Been reading through the posts for about half an hour, not even one comment of praise from any of them, the closest we got to that was we were lightning quick on the break, just pure delusional tinted glasses bullshit.

If your bored, have a look at some of their sites, there's some very entertaining reviews of the game <ok>

Thank god, anyone reading any City forums would in no way think that about us. Happy, go lucky, cheeky chirpy chappies that we are.

In fairness we're more likely to have a go at our own club, or fans than the other teams, unless of course its Leeds or Leicester.

Lucky goals my arse. 3 well worked goals from us more like. Aside from 5 minutes before half time and about 15-20 minutes into the 2nd hald I thought we were the better team. There was a good shout of handball against Faye but other than that I don't think the ref did too much wrong. Overall we deserved to win, luckily that 25 minute spell when they were on top I don't think they really hurt us at all.

Birmingham fans are known for their delusion and bias. They are right about one thing; there was a legit penalty when they hoofed the ball into the box toward the end of the first half. Zigic, the dirty, fouling, git, jumped to head the ball goalward. Faye jumped with him on the goal side with his arms up and the ball hit his hands. It was one of those where it was not deliberate but it was hand-ball because Faye had his arms up.

What makes me laugh about the Brum fans is their assertion that the ref gave us everything. That Zigic was constantly being wrongly done by the ref. First of all, Zigic was booked for a VERY nasty late challenge on (I think) Quinn. Secondly, Zigic was constanly foouling Faye in the air. Faye is no shrinking violet as he proved in his Victory against Kevin Davies, but I lost count of the number of times he ended up in a heap on the ground after being barged over or elbowed or head-butted by Zigic. Faye even had to go off for 5 mins to have stitches in a head wound courtesy of Zigic.

Them grapes should be taken back to Sainsburys, Bluenoses, they're obviously sour!!

The only way Birmingham DOMINATED, was by hoofing the ball from their own half into the penalty area for Zigic.

with regards to the ref; who was at least poor; and in light of the FA’s comments on raceism; has any ‘number cruncher’ ever looked at the ratio of free kicks awarded to white as oppose to black forwards. For me; and I may be biased; but King gets very little awarded for him, by refs; whereas when watching other games; white players seem to get a greater number of decisions in their favour.

By far and away the best post i've ever read on a forum....Marlon King doesn't get free kicks because he is black....well we're ****ed with our front 2!

A much more viable explanation as to why king doesn't get as many free-kicks... he's a ****.

Nowt different in their reactions to some of the cretins we have in our support.

Some still whinging and having a pop at our players- Amos in particular, despite us winning.

Read messages posted on the Birmingham Mail last night and not one gave us any credit - general consensus was that we were an average team with a poor defence.. glad I didn't go - been to St Andrews twice in recent years and that part of Birmingham is such a depressing ****hole..

however full marks to the birmingham fans. along with sunderland fans. they are the most creative singers in England. 'Dele Ad-a-bola Curry' is a classic, and Sunderland's 'Lee 'Owey, Lee 'Owey, Lee 'Owey......Your brother is a c*nt' will stand all the tests of time

That's two visits in a row for me and I have thoroughly enjoyed them.

Best bit yesterday was when the third went in the Brummies all got up and walked out in the stand adjacent, fookin hilarious!

More likely Marlon doesn't get free kicks is because at some point he has molested the refs daughter. With his track record that could happen to him every week!

That's unfair. Picking on that part of Birmingham is being unreasonable. The reality is that pretty much all of Birmingham is a ****hole.

Mate, genuinely mean this in a well meaning way - There seems to be a wind change sweeping through the Internet that libelous posts that ordinary guys on the street like you and me could be tracked down and sued for comments like this - Just for the record I do not agree with the re-post so please don't sue me

Appreciate your concern. However I would suggest my comment was speculation based on publicly available information rather than libel.

The Amos criticism is bang out for me, think if we dropped him it would have a bad effect on the team

Marlon King is a known offender and proven tool don't know who in their right mind would want to be standing up for his rights
