I know, I was just suggesting that THFC6061 must not have updated for that as that date is for when the loan deal was going to expire which was later cancelled as we signed him permanently.

Not sure how accurate that link is, unfortunately, Notso.
Smith signed a 3 year deal the summer before last, so he's got over 18 months left to run, for example.
Gomes also has another year after this one, as he said that his contract expires at the end of next season.

Coulibaly scores the 4th. Assist from Carroll:

What a ridiculous celebration, was there not enough room to do it without jogging 40 yards first?

Great stike though.

Seriously, maybe it's time some of these "kids" were given more of a chance?

He ran over to the only part of the ground where the spectators were (the west stand was the only stand open last night).

If anyone's a member with the club here and hasn't used their free Spurs TV code, then I'd recommend that they do it, just to keep up with this sort of thing.
The highlights from a lot of the reserve games are on there, including this one.
All four goals were excellent, including a fantastic 70 yard run from Parrett for the first and two superb Falque finishes.

Slightly concerned with seeing Ferguson and Phelan at the Man Utd game, actually.
Pleat was there, too.

Pleat has been at all our home games in this competition and frequently attends our under 18 games as well.

Last season he was doing some scouting work for Harry, and after Harry left he was acting as an advisor to Levy. More recently he has been doing scouting again as many of our scouts have either left or been removed and not replaced. He's pretty much the unofficial chief scout at the moment when he can work it around his other commitments.

A bit worried we might end up with the wrong players following Pleats suggestions.

Sandro wants a Tagliatelle! and we end sighing Sándor Torghelle!! <laugh>

Goals galore again from this side as we are currently 4-1 up at Stoke and into the 2nd half. We've got a very strong side out today including Townsend, Mason, Ceballos, Obika, Parrett, Pritchard and Luongo.

The U18s beat Stoke 4-3, too. Lots of goals, but not much in the way of clean sheets.

Adam Smith get elbowed in the head for Millwall against Leeds, apparently, and they went on to nick a 1-0 win.
Haven't seen it, but the Leeds fans aren't too happy about the decision.

The game with Stoke finished 4-1, with their keeper forced to make a series of save towards the end, according to the Spurs Official twitter feed.
The side's now 5 points clear at the top, having scored 39 goals in 10 games, though Man Utd have two games in hand.
If you count Caulker, Byrne, Smith and Rose towards the defensive aspect, which hasn't been great, conceding 20 goals, then things look pretty promising.

Pritchard scored another free-kick today. Seems to happen virtually every game. Could he train up our first teamers, please?

It looked as if Smith caught it in his throat area so he was entitled to go down, but from Mark Halsey's angle I can see why he thought it justified a red card.

Just found it:

I think Varney gets himself sent off, as he has a sneaky look and then sticks his elbow out at Smith's head height. Not a lot of force, but a stupid thing to do.
