Ok, I've drowned my sorrows in a huge amount of beer. Even my positive outlook says pi55 off Hughes but who is the twat in the lower loft? Wooly hat screaming abuse at the players and I mean individually screaming from start to finish during the warm up. Eventually Cisse told him enough, shut the f@&£ up just shut up, enough! On what planet can anybody think that helps the team prepare. Whoever you are your an emnarrasment! For the avoidance of doubt I've given MH enough time but he can go now! I hate the boos, the fans fighting with each other, singing against the team but enough is enough! couple of positives, Jamie Mackie, top bloke and showed the commitment needed! Credit to the club. Adel, really looks like he cares, ran his socks off and won headers! Nelsen, great effort! That's as much as I can summon up!
Back in the first division days under holloway i had a season ticket with my then 5 year old son . A bloke right behind us used to sream at the players from start to finish . Thinking nothing of screaming f------ c--- over my sons head . Sounds like the same lowlife scum.
That twat also came and stood near me and my boy near the end effing and blinding, a little bit of swearing at footy to be expected but he was continuous. What annoyed me was the stewards standing next to him and not doing a thing even talking and laughing with him at 1 point. Family stand it is not!
Flyer sits in the Lower Loft doesn't he? But then again he would have been happy because he wanted us to lose, and anyway he says he leaves when we are 2 down, so can't be him.....
Its not Flyer....He is not this guy....and he may hate Hughes...but he is a fan and like all fans, all he wants us to do is win. i think we could all accept Hughes if we were sitting mid-table winning a good proportion of the matches. What we cannot accept is putting out a team with no drive, no plan and no passion. Flyer will complain (at this point rightly) but he is no effer and blinder
I saw him, he was in front of ML Block and during the warm up he stood there and just went mental at the players. Either he was drunk, on something or has a screw loose. He was standing amongst a load of small kids who wanted autographs or photos, and the stewards seemed unbothered about him and chatted to him whilst he was abusing the players. He was "very strange"if you know what I mean. The lights were on but no one was at home.
Well you know what to do. There's no place for that. Except at Chelsea maybe. Having seen overzealous stewarding in the Upper Loft because fans had the temerity to want to stand and sing, the stewards should be reported as well as El Twatico.
My tongue was in my cheek Beth. I think Flyer saves his opinions (presented as facts of course) for on here.
That's the one Sussex, individual abuse at each and every player. A few were cheesed off with it but Cisse in particular got really hacked off and rightly so. Don't know what posses some but probably right about the lights!
Last game I left early before yesterday was the Middlesboro 5-1 and that was only because my mate had to catch a plane. Ironically I left after the 3rd because I didnt want to start shouting abuse (that and the fact the shirt for winning the HT comp was red and I wanted to change it for the blue one). So thats 3 games left early and 0 goals for us missed.
It was a joke Flyer, doesn't translate easily into the written word. You got what you wanted yesterday though lad.
No, I will get what I wanted in the next day or two. I wanted us to win until the 3rd went in, I left because I might have turned into the guy mentioned in the OP. As Beth knows, Im pretty laid back at games.
Seems a few on here were rightly offended by the twat, but why didn't anyone tell him to shut the f*** up ?? A couple of seasons ago I had the same problem with a fella sitting a couple of seats away from me in the paddock. Swearing I don't get too upset about but using the C word in front of young kids is a bit of a no no for me. After a little exchange between us as to his behaviour, he soon got the message in no uncertain terms this was unacceptable and didn't come back to his seat for the second half. I would suggest others should do the same 'cos these sort of people really don't like to be confronted.
Trouble is the people most likely offended will be the ones with kids and most parents wont want to have a punch up in front of their kids.
Back in the day, players used to laugh with us when we threw abuse at them, firing back at us with their own nasty words or flipping the finger, and we would cheer them on after for acknowledging us that way, all in good fun - but then I remember that we didn't have any foreign players back then, they were all good UK lads who got the sarcasm, the jokes, didn't really care what nasties we threw at them, we were all in it for a laugh, really. May be that's the difference with geezers like Cissé. He takes it too seriously. He needs to lighten up, come over to the supporters and have a laugh with us, be friendly, get with the British humour and get along with us supporters!
Yeah, it's all down to those bloody foreigners and their appalling sense of humour! What a moronic statement. I guess if someone was hurling abuse at you from 2 foot away, you would think it was hilarious.
