Haven't you noticed? That MH is NOT a risk-taker with any players he's chosen? He's picked all of the players that have had some sort of track record of doing something decent at the top flight of any league or country in which those players have played, whether directly seen by MH himself or by one of his "staff" of scouts? He DOESN'T LIKE any players that have not really done anything so far in their career to grace the almighty scouting reports of MH's "scout staff." Why do you think he let go of the ones we thought were fine for us? Just because he didn't like them or that he had never seen or heard anything good about them for himself.
