    Gazzaniga - 6
    Clyne - 9.5 MOTM
    Fonte - 7
    Yoshida - 7
    Shaw - 7.5
    Morgan - 8
    Cork - 8
    Lallana - 8
    Puncheon - 9
    Ramirez - 8*
    Lambert - 9

I thought we'd win this game. I predicted us to win if we picked the same side and we did. Stick with the same 11 for next time..

At the end of the day, he's shown promise, he's shown physical ability and agility, good kicking, but in the last two games he has made little positive impact, and has been largely or completely at fault for the two goals we have conceded in those games. Do you not expect a player to receive criticism in this situation?

He didn't exactly earn us any of those points. And I don't believe in lucky charms because I was blessed with a brain.

So it's just a coincidence is it that we've picked up nothing in the league without Gazzaniga and lost our cup game without him? Ok then prick

What did Gazza do in these games to get us the points? Did he score four against Villa? Grab a late headed equaliser against Fulham?

Personally don't have anything against the lad and think he should be given another couple of games at least, but curious to your reasoning beyond 'lucky charm'.

Yes but the we seem to get better results as a team when he plays. The defence plays better, the whole team infact. we look much less vulnerable to conceding goals . we were robbed against Swansea by the ref. I don't know what it is and why we perform better when he plays but it isn't a normal situation where you drop a player for individual performance on the field

No, you're right, he created all our goals. My bad. Oh and he's kept sooooo many clean sheets as well.

I see what you mean, but you don't genuinely believe the lucky charm thing do you?

Gazza - 5 - Against a better team we may have drawn or lost this. No man's land for the goal, spilled a couple and almost let a couple squeeze through his hands.

Clyne - 7 Was the busier of the 2 full backs defensively and did everything he needed to do. Didn't really notice him this week. lol
Fonte - 8 Seems the defence is much much better since the removal of wannabe CB Fox. Solid performance)
Yoshida - 7 Not as solid and assured as Fonte but still looked much better.
Shaw - 9 Would be an 8 but..........2nd start ever? 17 years old? How can people be saying we're looking for a LB in Jan?

Morgan - 7 Nothing spectacular this week but did his job. At times looked like he was following Cork around though.
Cork - 9 Played 2 and we can now see we have missed this guy. I think he is first choice DM and Schneiderlin has fallen behind!!!

Puncheon - 9 - Great game from Punch. Shouldn't have been at Saints for how he behaved however is coming up with some great performances in between the anonymous ones. If he can try and get rid of those anonymous performances he would be an incredible 'rediscovery'.
Ramirez - 7 - Was trying too many little clever tricks for the first half an hour. Most didn't come off. He does look class but doesn't look match fit.
Lallana - 10 - MOTM He showed Taraabt how Taraabt should be playing. Ran his arse off and then the little trickery bits in the corner at the end were soooo enjoyable.

Lambert - 9 - Was too much for Anton and Nelson. Would've loved him to get the goal from the Puncheon cutback :)

Fans - 10+++ - Ooooooohhhhhhhh Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen theeeeeeeeeeeeee Saiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiints, Gooooooooooooooooo Marrrrrrrrchiiiiiin innnnnnnnnnnnnn

How good is that slow OWTS sounding this year...............EPIC EVERY WEEK Wahey :)

I feel far more confident with Gazza in goal than Davis, yes he looked a bit edgy but his kicking is bloody brilliant, every ball was on Lamberts head. That is massive in the Premier League if you don't keep possession you don't score goals. At the moment these are high pressure games, so no wonder he's feeling more pressure on his shoulders. If we swapped again, as mentioned already will destroy his confidence as well stop Saints momentum. Watching Davis in the warm-up did not inspire me with confidence at all. The team has been playing well recently, if they are all fit for next weekend I wouldn't change the team. Great game today and the fans were magnificent.

Well Rooney is the best club forward in the country and England have a better record without him in the side. So I don't know what to think about Gazzaniga

I actually thought Yoshida was outstanding today. Gazza made some good saves, but unfortunately they were eclipsed by some woeful moments. Our attack, was absolutely incredible (including the two full backs.) And finally, we missed Cork so much.

Llallana isn't as wonderful as you arse lickers "see". If you actually watch the frigging games where the opposition is good, he gets banged off the ball like a gnat and is forever chasing back on the wromg side of the ball.
Take those rose tinted glassers off and actually watch him. I think that Rodrigues would be much better than him in the same role

Dracula is better with crosses than him. It is only positioning and inexperience and hopefully he will learn from it. He was caught in no mans land but you have to ask if you were in his shoes, would you have 100% confidence with the Fonte and Yoshi in front of you? He made some good blocks and will be a class keeper and a fans favorite
