On todays game was excellent. Oh i know they're normally ****,but i was gripped by Burnsy's superb commentary today. I only do one or two away games a season,but Burns made wish me i'd chose this one. After all the abuse they get,i just felt it was only fair to say. Swan was still crap though
To be fair I thought Swanny was ok .. got a bit pissed off by Burnsy banging on about not having won in 42 years at St Andrews - he did the same at Bellend Road and it was as if he was hoping for a late twist in events to make it even more dramatic. Leave it out Burnsy you'll give me a frigging heart attack..
That's exactly my point STiger,Mr burns got me and Dad sat on the edge of our couch. You can leave the heart attack for Wemblee ! seriously though,commentary was very good tonight.
and did they have constant score flashes from the games that evry City fan wants to know about. ie Grimsby, Scunthorpe and Lincoln, as opposed to our real local rivals, Huddersfield, Middlesboro, Sheff Wed, and even Sheff Utd, Bradford. York, etc?
have regular score updates from the other clubs on ever City fans 'want-to-know' match list. ie Grimsby, Lincoln & Scunthorpe?
The BBC have an obligation to cover all pro football teams in each local radio station coverage area. Not much anyone can do about that.

Does anyone really give a flying **** that they update the programme with the Scunny and Grimsby scores? Some people need to get a life. Bitching and moaning about something so ****ing petty and trivial.
Couldn't care less if they cut to Scunthorpe, the radio station isn't called "BBC Radio Hull", there are two other clubs in the catchment area. Was wondering if North Ferriby were to make it to the conference, would they have to cover them as well?
Well said I've always found Burnsy and the show very entertaining, first class today I don't know why so many people are so cynical they will call it as they see it. Some people can not take criticism regarding their team so they choose to moan so if you don't like my post ill gob you lol.

They did good today. In general I think they do a really good job when the game is action packed. They go bad when they have to much time on their hands and they drift off to pie conversations. Today I was impressed.
Burnsey has been excellent this season, now grow up or grow a mustache.. I had a shower, changed and ready to go out, when I was actually sweating last 20 mins.. had to change me top..
I have to say that today was a great commentary. I too was on tender hooks for the last quarter of the game.
