Had a great game today according to the commentetors, as did Solly but we expect that, take it for granted almost.
Hollands played the last twenty minutes today and set up the final goal - last minute winner for Deon Burton as well.
Smug message alert: Won 2 accumulators, and my third was blocked only by burnley not scoring. Rest assured- £50 will go to shelter and another £50 to RSPCA. As for the game- brilliant result, regardless at the fact we played 10 men. I was told that CP did a lot of work on the training field (in particular, kerkar helping DS) to stop any service to the forwards and it seemingly paid dividends. And he deserves credit, as his plan wasn't as much about stopping Austin, but cutting off the supply. 2 clean sheets away from home. I'm not in heaven, I'm in love. One small step for charlton, one big step for Chris Powell.
Burnley commentators were very impressed by Solly Second best away record in the division. Like Tweakes said, if that kind of form can be replicated at the Valley, it would be great Posh 3-0 down. Looks like we'll be 10 points from relegation tonight.
Well, I'm a bit surprised to see all the praise Hamer's getting, but great, we need to be a team to go places and if the fans are behind the team (Cardiff springs to mind) the better the team will play. There is'nt a game I feel certain we'll win this year, but that was three welcome points to move us into the comfort zone. Three wins from three. It's the sort of run that saw Palace move from the relegation zone to the top of the table, so hey ho, lets go.
What a cracking result to come home to. This result has echoes of a few away games from last season - Brentford, Oldham and Bournemouth spring to mind. The Charlton of the past would surely have capitulated, but this lot don't. And we have a striker who can score with some regularity in this division. Oh - Charlie who? Morro's back pocket must be bulging with strikers now. Onwards and upwards.
Fudging GREAT result today, Haynes and Fuller will see us finish mid-table, easy...we just have to keep them fit! Hulse is doing well too, although i thought we'd dropped points when jacko missed the pen, but there was in form haynes again, can one of you clever chaps work on a song for him?

Having just seen the highlights, what struck me in particular was Pritchard's ball through to Solly for the penalty - it was a gem. From the sounds of things, over the past few weeks Pritchard has really grown in stature and confidence in this league.
He has and I'm well pleased he loves the club and at last we've signed a non league player who's capable at league 1 and now championship level
Indeed it was. I'm pleased he's doing a good job for the Gills, I always liked him when he was with us. Very unselfish player.
