I'm glad we can see beyond this result. AVB didn't lie down today. Our team is better than today's result might suggest. Only negative today was Ade and his selfish personal battle with arsenal that cost the team. At kick off AVB put a positive formation out. Ade ruined it so he sent us out with another positive formation in the 2nd half with a 342. He gave it a go 'audere est facere' well played AVB. I'm not as upset I should be today because I can tell that we will be right up there with our first eleven available. Plus a few AVB purchases to compliment his thinking and we will be more than fine. C'mon Levy. And cheers Ade
Come on Yid. You can't blame the ref for losing this one. Ade's red was justified and Sandro was lucky not to see red too. Take it like a man instead of losing the plot

The problem is also with the weak links that our squad has once you go past the first XI (without injuries). I'm talking about people like Huddlestone, Gallas (whose turning circle rivals Ark Royal) and even Dempsey. I don't know wtf is wrong with Dempsey - either we're not playing him right or it's case of 'big fish, small pond' at Fulham but he's been guff since he joined us.
He could have been booked for any one of those fouls. The third one in particular on Wilshere was a yellow as it was a poorly timed tackle and prevented us from an attack. He should have been booked alone for that foul. As it was the third in accumulation, and Webb pointed that out to him, he was very lucky not to get booked. Your making yourself look bitter by blaming the ref for your loss. We roasted you 5-2, deal with it
Piskie you supposedly roasted us with a player extra for 70 minutes. And your team were nervous enough to be time wasting with 12 minutes to go still.It probably was a sending off but 11v11 we would have had you. Lets wait until the return match at WHL!

Maybe blaming him for the whole game was harsh and I've already said Adebayor was silly to give him an excuse to send him off. There was no need to send Sandro off most of the fouls were innocuous with Arsenal player in the middle of the pitch, back to goal. I do think he had a crap game and should have got the card out for Arsenal players sooner and far more often if he was going to play it by the book. Then there was the missed fouls, the 2 on Defoe spring to mind. One where Defoe was standing his ground for an aerial ball as he's entitled to only for Koscielny(I think) to be doing what can only be described as thrusting into the back of him, even I had to laugh at that not being given. There was a second not long after we'd gone 4-2 and had momentum(again I think) where Defoe was taken out after playing the ball to Bale who immediately lost it as he had no options with Defoe taken out. Mostly I'm just fed up of Webb seeing what he wants and making it up as he goes along. Nothing to do with losing the plot, there's nothing wrong with asking you to either respond properly or stop replying like a ****. I'll be politer next time if it upset you but going by the way your board is moderated I thought you were man enough to take a bit of blue language
Yes but 11v11 we were winning and that is a fact! We will never know what would have happened if the teams had stayed level.
Webb was clearly intent on keeping his cards in his pocket. Other refs would have have dished out plenty of yellows for both teams. He had one big decision to make and he got it right and even then he took his bloody time.
I think you're clutching at straws to be honest. And I can take a bit of 'blue' language, but calling me a **** just makes you look bitter for losing. I think Spurs did themselves proud in the 2nd half with their commitment and when Bale scored it had us playing nervously for a while, if he'd had squared to Defoe instead of trying to find the far corner, then at 4-3 it would have been game on. But ultimately, we we're better than you and if we'd put away all of our chances you could have been on the end of a total spanking.
Anyway lets all be grown up about this! Yes Arsenal won and we will have to take that on the chin. Long way to go this season lets not get too down about what had been a sh*t day today!!
