Roo - it's not the lack of players it's just one idiot who has ruined this game. If our first team hadnt been decimated by injuries we would have a gret squad. Today with 11 we looked good and we may not have won but we would have been competitive. The second half is going to be an absolute joke. Arsenal aren't great but with the confidence they now have and against 10 men they are going to p*ss all over us. I admire your optimism YV but nothing other than an absolute hammering is going to happen.

I agree that Ade showed commitment but it was reckless. That aside, his dismissal doesn't hugely affect our defensive capabilities and playing 442 in an away game at the Emirates just shows total naivety!

It works in Rugby and that is not a Septic Tank game.

Whether you agree with the ruling, or not, those are the rules. So, sorry, he's got no excuse as far as I'm concerned.

Time to step up Dempsey. This is where he can turn round his time with us so far.

352 is a good shout from AvB. We've got nothing to lose.

If it had been an Arsenal player tackling a Spurs player, we'd have screamed for a red.

And, as for the second half, I have no desire to watch the team I love getting torn a new one for 45 minutes <ok>

Can't afford terrible corners that don't beat the first man like that Huddlestone corner then.

I'm totally with you Moorpheus. It's not being plastic it just hurts too much to watch when I know if it was a level playing field we are more than a match for them.
AVB has done nothing wrong today. Before the sending off he had got it spot on.
I agree with a previous poster who takes encouragement after today. It shows 4-4-2 can work. I would much rather have the old Spurs back and try and out score teams. Although Ade is now out surely we must have some of our injured players back soon??!!

Then lets ban tackling all together then. The odd broken leg is and always has been part of the game. People complain about Chris Foy but at least he lets a bit of physical happen.

As Neville just said, AVB has balls to go for it.

It's not naive playing 4-4-2 away at the Emirates we were winning FFS!
Jesus I feel sorry for AVB the guy can't catch a break.
