7 tenths on Webber and Alonso while through traffic.... Don't think those times are for show. But I still don't see this concern for tyre temps for supposedly RBR, McLaren looks to be struggling and Ferrari more than RBR if there was actually any. The track will only get better and I believe the temps will be slightly higher Sat-Sun.
Alonso is holding an AR-15 airsoft rifle (you can tell by the orange tip on the barrel), and Felipe is holding a paintball gun, I'd hardly call them terrorists...
Alonso: "The updates we have brought here seem to work" Fry: "We had some aerodynamic components to try and the first signs seem positive" http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/104296
Cool stuff from Lewis Hamilton hehe Lewis Hams it up by sticking obscene message on his McLaren helmet again Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...ssage-McLaren-helmet-again.html#ixzz2CTD4H07h
I reckon this water problem for RBR has to do with those alternators. They must be covering the unit in water to improve cooling and have to overweight the car in the process. Don't think reducing water weight during the race is a problem for the FIA as they still would weight over the limit when the race is over would they not? The only problem if they actually did go under the limit which they haven't before, so maybe this is the rule RBR can exploit over long distances. Fill the car up with water during qualifying that will last into race as well, water goes down over a period but the alternator remains cool, weight is dropped off, they get weighed at the end and they are still over the weight limit. Maybe?
I think it's more a precaution over a long period rather than an utter need. Cooler the weather, the less water needed etc...
