it's not quite as high profile as the Brown Riot Act at Man City but..

Let's take a step back & look at things in perspective.. players are assets not employees to football clubs, they also earn a stack more than the average fan. Fans spend good money to attend games - £20 odd in our division is a lot for a match. I imagine season tickets at Posh are £350 on average? Those supporters (and I know a Posh fan) are real supporters and thay don't want to see their players getting smashed and getting into scrapes after a loss down town. So Fergie Jnr is right, he's got to take a stance. He seems to have reacted too quickly in regard to Zakuani & Sinclair who were NOT warned beforehand so he's taken a step back.

Peterborough's main objective is always going to be survival this season & due to their limited budget in comparision to other Championship clubs they can't really afford to lose the services of their top players. So Fergie has to create unity and fighting spirit; you can't have that with players taking the piss..

However these actions do risk losing the dressing room and if he does that there's no way back, word will get to the directors and he'll be fired.

With January window coming up, will be interesting to see how they get on in the next couple of games; they have Blackburn at home on saturday

Anyone going into the final year of their deal, who doesn't want to sign a new one is transfer listed, now going on in the town where you live can also get you transfer listed. Between them, Fry and Ferguson have already transfer listed half the squad this season, I'm not sure team unity is all that high up the agenda at the Posh.

It seems self defeating. Just like it was for us (thanks Ricardo).

I hate the idea some fans have that unless you're ****ing miserable and you never smile you're not trying hard enough.

Having a bad day at work is all the more reason to go out and have a drink anyway isn't it? Ridiculous.

    It's political correctness gone mad.

I used to sup on average three pints before playing for the Marquis de Lorne pub team. I once drank five, which on reflection was going a bit too far.
Our gaffer 'Minty' used to go mental but what did he know?

Never did me any harm to have a few before a game, never mind afterwards.

Technically most players are not registered as employees at clubs but as"service providers" or similar as a tax dodge, so could find themselves caught out. Article 8 human rights act states persons are allowed a free private life, however companies can enforce order on "service providers" as in don't trade in this area ect. You also have the "bringing company into disrepute" clause.

Either way Jr is been a tool

    What about at half time?

I'm not sure you're right in saying players are effectively self.employed. They can only play for.one club, their club sets their hours, the clubs pay paye. All suggest are employees on fixed term contracts

    Aren't all the players black?

    It's clear racism.

Dude is clearly and idiot. Who would want to play for this guy after this? Can you imagine how much of an ass he is behind closed doors if this is how he acts in a public way towards his team?

I used to live in Gillingham. I could tell you a tale or two about my time in Gillingham.

When you've been with a bird who's nickname was and probably still is ' 2 Large donners' you know you've lived.

Her best mate was called Ronnie and looked like a bloke.

Before you ask the answer is yes.

K cider has a lot to answer for.

I probably will too, and I've never been to Gillingham. Lived in stoke for a while though, but I don't like to talk about it

Fair do's, although I think you underestimate how bad stoke is. I had to stop some lass who would be described as 3 kebabs kicking the **** out my house mate, and after ridiculing her she asked me to **** her there and then.

    The answer was no
