    The aim of this poll is simple: to gauge the level of support for each of our championship contenders of 2012.


    In the blue corner, Team Vettel: the Übermensch, Sebastian 'Godfinger' Vettel; former crash-kid turned messiah-on-wheels.

    And in the red corner, Team Fernando: the underdog, Fernando 'Faster Than You' Alonso, most complete driver on the grid, allegedly.

    And if you don't give a ****, there's always the brown corner... Or the grey corner.

    In reality it doesn't matter too much to me who wins it, so I'm impartial.

    If I had to chose though, I'd go for Alonso, just to break up Vettel's potential dominance of the title.

    So Red Corner.

    Brown - Looking forward to 2013, If i am really pushed Fernando but i wont lose any sleep either way.

    Honestly though i dont think there is a real title fight. Its a mismatch, more waiting to see if Seb breaks down than a title battle.

    Either deserves it, but I went with Vettel. It's nice to be in a position where you'll be very happy with either outcome though :)

    Red corner!

    Vettel will win more titles without a doubt, while I really believe Alonso will get maybe 1/2 moe chance at best - he deserves to stand alongside names as Stewart, Senna, Piquet etc

    There's a lot of truth in that. Personally, I'd like to see the best driver win over the best team but, ultimately it's a team sport and Red Bull are on top of it again.
