I though we were famous because of George Bests liver and Bobby Charltons lack of hair. You lied to me man.

 

They won it 5 times, five times winners get to keep the trophy. Only 3 clubs have managed to win it 5 times( Liverpool, Real Madrid and AC Milan) and the exception to the rule is the hat-trick (Ajax).

Why is a figure of £50million being used for Suarez?

Remind me how many Liverpool fans or players died at Heysel and who caused it and you will find your answer.

Firstly, because all of these things are made up nonsense anyway. Today the top two stories on the BBC Football website were both about transfer claims being denied as rubbish (Suarez and Beckham). In any other section of news reporting this would be derided as a disgraceful situation, but for some reason professionalism is not expected to apply to this particular sport. The transfer window is only a couple of months away so how can the media dare waste an hour to check sources?

Secondly, Suarez came to Liverpool for £23m and has since proven his ability to adapt to the league and signed an extended contract, so £25m should be a minimum price though the maximum should probably be in the region of £35m.

 

Thats ****ing irrelevant and you know it! Any mention of any disaster in a negative way should be an instant ban (not just from a board, the website), no matter who you are!!!
