Brown to Hartlepool United

Disappointed not to see him back in management and thought he had reigned his ego in, maybe not.

 

Oh dear. So much for the master plan.

What for Phil Brown now ? Darlington maybe ?

 

I can seriously see Brown not getting another manager's job as the longer he is out of managerial work which club will be willing to take a risk on him.
To go from a team who finished just 1 place off the relegation places in the PL to then Preston and now not even Hartlepool - shows a career path which even a job centre plus advisor would have trouble putting a positive slant on.

 

Phil Brown could well be joined by Mark Hughes next week on the unemployed roster.

 

I'm sure Brown woould apply for the QPR job!

 

He should consider a number two position for a while to get him back in to the football circle, or maybe his ego won't allow.

 

Probably, however the guy is so dim that he'd probably demand that Brian Horton is installed as his number 3!
