Maybe this will clear up the penalty conspiracies!

Thanks but not even worth reading. If some fans want to think there is a conspiracy then let them. It doesn't spoil my enjoyment of football but it certainly spoils theirs so it's their problem, not mine!

You could give some people a detailed breakdown of penalty stats over the past 50 year and no matter what it showed they would still shout conspiracy, that's just how the tin foil hat wearers work, there's no point trying to disprove their claims anymore, just laugh at them like the rest of us.

The report is totally accurate until the end of the ninth paragraph, then it falls apart completely <ok>

    this.

It gives me great pleasure to have the ABUs especially the ******ed scousers fans on these boards whinging about conspiracies. I can imagine them foaming at the mouth, tearing their hair out, like the demented sh1ts they are. It was hysterical to see all of them involved and complaining about United buying refs etc. So hilarious and after a macth that involved the top clubs while they should be worried about relegation clubs around them <whistle>.

I wondered how long it would take a member of the The Flat Earth Society to turn up. <laugh>

I know it was never gonna stop conspiracy theorists there ****ing crazy and nothing will change that. I shared the article simply because it reflects my own views on the penalties at OT debate and makes a lot of sense (not that crazy ppl care about making sense).

Unfortunately it seems we have some crazy ppl in our own ranks who are only interested in discussing Liverpool and their "deluded" fans and not their own team. Seems rather hypocritical to me. I know a lot of pool fans and most of them do not share the deluded views shared on this forum. But I guess that's the price you pay for supporting a big club. (When I say big I mean fan base and not current standings/ squad).

Ps. I only use Liverpool as an example as they have already been brought up by one such fan.

Ah. Now I know to what you were referring on the Liverpool board. Why not come along on Friday (under deep cover if necessary) and watch the much vaunted transaction take place? You could have a sly wonk in the corner <laugh>

Edit: That's Saturday, not Friday <ok>

I've actually only been to three games this season. Where have I ever said I go to every game? Even when I was going regularly (when you could pay on the gate), I didn't go to every single game. Is this what Swarbs describes as deflection?

By the way, it's rude to laugh at your own jokes, particularly when they're not very funny <ok>

No, it's what I call bullshit though, as you've been a bit too defensive there for someone who's supposedly been to half of the home games this season mucker.

    I suspected you're an armchair & you've just confirmed it. <ok>
