    I've heard a rumour that Wilts Saint is wearing a PVC thong under his cycle shorts as an extra dare to raise more money. He is also agreeing to not use any vaseline for the chaffing of said garment....

    ... any of this true Wilts Saint?

    Sorry lamballana havnt been on for a while damn work gets in the way of all the fun! ....hmm well training is quite slow , 1 of us has a broken toe and stitches as well as a swollen ankle waiting injections , and another one of us has a broken collar bone ....apart from that all ready to go ! ......no excuses come the day though !

    At least you are following in famous wheels! Cavendish Wiggins et al all seem to be getting injured. Don't argue with cars!

    Hello people :) ... so the other night while sat in my lounge I managed to cycle non stop through X factor and Im a celebrity ....thats progress ! .......Ok so as most of you are aware im sure , the game against Everton has been moved to due it being on TV . This means that the cycle challenge has moved with it and we will now be cycling the 50 miles in fancy dress on Monday 21st January ready for the Everton game ! ..

    any ideas on how we can get more donations ? .. must be some saints on here with a spare pound ! (thank you again to those who have donated )

    Thank you Lamballana ! ...I have made the calculated decision to give the turkey my full attention and to have a one day off rule and then back to regime with my lonely sprout on boxing day ! .. soooooo anyone feeling the christmas cheer and would like to donate to a great cause ?
