Chelsea as a club has done nothing wrong as long as they didnt force Mikel to make up a complaint. This is just an easy way for Chelsea haters to rage at the club.
The minimum will be a fine, the max won't be much more than that. There will be no points deductions, unless the FA are stupid and want a major race row. If they FA have any sense they will want to make this story go away asap, a points deduction would only give them further headaches.

Because most of them don't live in Manchester so they don't come across City fans enough to care about them and Liverpool/Arsenal are no threat at the moment. They've always loved Spurs as the they roll over for them and there is mutual dislike of Arsenal and Chelsea. The bulk of Man U's fanbase is amongst the same areas of Chelsea stronghold i.e London and Home Counties so for them Chelsea is the local side. Chelsea is their derby. I've had Man U fans admit this to me
Why are 50% of DL's posts about United or a dig at United? Not really the behaviour of a mod. For the records you DL, the 1915 scandal has been discussed on here ages ago. Though its funny considering Chelsea have their own little corruption scandals throughout history as do your second favourite team ( and bastion of honour in the english game according to yourself ) Man City. Though United and Liverpool working together to keep London clubs down.... you can see why it happened, for the good of the game
You are sounding more and more like him. Its uncanny. Tell us how you feel about Wayne Rooney or Ryan Giggs. Mr Ferguson perhaps. What about Manchester United fans.
Don't say that! You'll upset your neighbours... Surrey won't be a happy county in the morning I tell ya!
Whats it like in this Surrey place? Keep hearing it mentioned but cant say I have ever been. Do they serve tea and scones?
Plus...... If United fans in the main come from Surrey and London as many like to claim..... Doesnt that look bad on the clubs from those areas who are unable to attract their local fans? I think it does
1) Because 50% of posts on the Chelsea board are by United fans trying to bring their club into the conversation when we are trying to discuss our own team. 2) Name them
