    Anyone watching?

It's quite amusing how bad the quality is at times.

How Glen Johnson is anywhere near that squad is questionable.. Plenty of players in this team who rarely play at club level. Also don't think Stirling looks up to much, pretty much what i thought of him before, knocks the ball way too far ahead, runs in to people, falls over and wins fouls. Yet to really see him do anything good.

If the Swedes wern't so sloppy they would have punished us down the right hand side as the defending is absolutely abysmal. Yet we find ourselves winning 2-1 at half time.

Nice to see Osman playing though! Positives for me: James Milner, isn't starting! Negatives: One of the worst England sides I have seen in a while.

It's one of the worst England sides you've seen in a while because it's a friendly and we're trying something new. And yes, I'm very happy that something new doesn't include Milner. Good game so far.

So? An international friendly is seen as a second rate fixture? Why do they even bother!

    I prefer England without Rooney.

The hype around Sterling makes me angry, tried to use his "strength" to body roll a defender for Swedens first goal. Having said that cracking pass for the 1st England goal.

Yeah he is certrainly the next in a long line of over hyped and over rated England players who have bags of pace and little else.

On another note, where is AOC? If this is the future of England you'd expect another of the big boys bench warmers, i mean future stars start ahead of Osman or Young.

Definitely, we seem to play proper football without him. When he plays it's like the other players see him as the only goal scoring option.

Very disappointing that Forster hasn't got at least a half tonight. I would have started him.

Yeah. We are so frustrating with Rooney in the side.

Love the mention we get everytime we play Sweden. Without fail!

The goal was coming, my prediction before the game was a narrow win to Sweden, and can see it happening now, we are even weaker than at the start. Sterling still doing nothing aswell!

Well done to Steven Gerrard, a masssive acheivement.

Anders Svensson has run the show since coming on, he seems to have a much better range of passing than when he was with us.

And that is why Ibrahimovic is one of the best strikers on the planet!

Three main things to learn from tonight will be:

    1. Play players in good form, not those who are at big clubs.

    2. Danny Welbeck is probably our best striking option, with Defoe, we can score without Rooney.

    3. Glen Johnson is not a right back, he simply doesnt defend.
