RANGERS have been rocked by another major injury blow with the news that Emilson Cribari is facing up to a month out of action. The Brazilian defender, who missed last weekendâs win over Peterhead, has a calf muscle tear. Itâs another big defensive problem for Ally McCoist who already has Seb Faure missing for five weeks after hernia surgery and is set to lose Ross Perry for even longer for the same procedure. The boss told RangersTV: âUnfortunately itâs not great. Emilson has a first degree tear in his lower calf just above the Achilles and it looks like he will be out longer term too. âIt looks as though Ross has a hernia problem which will need operated on and that is going to be six or seven weeks sadly. âSo it looks as though we will be without these two lads for a number of weeks now. âSebastien will also be five weeks minimum so thatâs another problem. âHowever, I felt Chris Hegarty and Lee McCulloch did well at the heart of the defence last Saturday.â
Why haven't you done a thread about this yet, Medro? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-20321741 You've let us all down.
Correct. What a horrible, horrible story. If I didn't already spend all my time despairing, I would despair. (It just seems kind of superfluous to add this to the list.)
Amen to that brother. Apparently 2 games a week is too much to expect these "elite athletes" to cope with. If I read 1 more time this season that we've played ****e because of "tiredness", my beelometer might just explode
Apologies, I've had a very busy week in work, barely got time to check the news. I will no doubt highlight this bigotry in due course. Great scouting work. Keep it up.
