Morning Minx, trust you are in fine fetttle, although you don't sound too eager to get and do a day's toil. ;)

Morning (just) all from a bright and sunny West West London.

I watched the AFC Wimbeldon v York game on ESPN last night and blimey what an old fashioned blood and guts cup-tie it was. I still find it difficult to understand that Clark Carlise cannot get a game at a club at a higher level than York - no disrespect to them as they will always have a place in my heart, but to drop so far in such a short time?

    Thanks for the frothy AK

Hi Minx - what do you think of the 4 being placed on the transfer list? Were Ferguson and McAnthony right or have they lost the plot?

w_y, I wonder whether being Chairman of the PFA with everything that has been going on recently has taken it's toll and CC feels that League 2 is the best option for him to play and still fulfil his duties.

Morning all, just signed a contract with a different company for next year. So excited and a bit nervous about that. Apart from that not much else happening here, work and shirk as usual and a bank holiday coming up so going to Tequisquiapan for a rest. Roll on the xmas break..

Jersey - yes good point, I did not think about that angle.

Evening all - listening to Franchise v Cambridge. It will all kick off if the Blechley Stealers win and get AFC in the next round, it will the topic of the back pages for weeks!
It also seems that they have a replay tonight - come on Bobby Sands, smash them!

We had a bad meeting yesterday and it continues today. I escaped after four hours but is to last sixteen. Also our tables were moved in the new office. I have the best location for looking but I have cold air on my back.

The roads are clean of snow but we have minus degrees. Our government is still trying to join the ESB in Brussel which will be very bad for our fish industry.

I doubt it would. No station would like to televise an empty stadium. There are a lot of Wimbledon fans saying that they WILL NOT be attending after MK "stole" their club. Plus MK dont get huge numbers so i doubt it will be great.

afternoon all...up for an early test this morning and she failed..gutted. Why do the ones i get up early for always fail?! lol...one minor and one major...i'm sad for her, she did so very well, and blew it at the end through lack of concentration which so often happens.

Still coughing like a good'un...it's been over a week now, but try and get a doc's appointment...it's not easy! I have one for next Tuesday, i'm very much hoping i won't need it!

Thanks for the caramel latte Ak :)

Oh and btw, i'm still buzzing (like a good Hornette would be) after Saturday! I do hope we can beat Wolves too, one of the smarmiest people i know supports Wolves, would love to wipe the smirk off! COYH!

Just been to my first ever FA Cup first round game, my local team Gloucester City took on the mighty Leyton Orient from L1! Close game and City should have scored in the first minute but could not force the ball over the line! Very scrappy but two late defensive mistakes by City helped the O's through to R2:( never mind:p

We should be asking why Doyley, with all his experience, cant score a goal like Swedens 4th tonight.
