Just to start us off. Ian McGarry on Radio 5 live "football is suffering for the sins of Suarez" When challenged by a caller all he could come up with is "I don't like him" Well I don't like McGarry but I still have to hear his crap!!!!
Try the Daily Fail today, who managed to slagg Suarez off for being "too nice" in his concern for Terry calling it "cringeworthy" Sam Cunningham's the reporter. Talking of cringeworthy check out his twitter account pics.
With Suarez it's a case of "damned if you do, damned if you don't", I'm afraid. Those who've taken a dislike to him will interpret things to suit themselves no matter what. Can't be arsed with twitter either.
Are these the same media that will turn on each other for an easy piece of copy? Shouldn't they all be writing about the BBC or something? They should all be held accountable for the ****e they spoon feed the nation. Rant over.
I read that as well. I thought it was a joke at first - how can you mock someone for showing sympathy to a player who could have sustained a serious injury, and then also mock his English for using the word 'hugs'?
This is how stupid the media are. Some reports siggest that Liverpool are going to sign Torres in January for anything between £10-£15 million.
Talkshite celebrate Gerrard's 100th cap for england. http://www.talksport.co.uk/magazine...rd-what-waste-talent-talksport-opinion-185232 Not!
Who the **** is Chris Mandes? Upon what 'expertise' does he base his so called 'professional' opinion. If our club and our players are to be slated then at least let it be by somebody who actually does have professional experience upon which to base his diahorrea!
I agree with that. Suarez is damned no matter what he does, he's got to suck it in, play to his maximum and tell the rest of the premiership, the media and the FA to go have sex with themselves. If his surname was Ferdinand, Terry, Giggs or Rooney, he would get away with blue murder.
I'm easily swayed by the media and now blame Suarez for everything: Climate Change Famine X factor Bet the dirty little foreigner was mates with Savile... Ooh look Homebase are having a sale gtg.
The article is actually complimentary towards Gerrard and says his talents have been wasted in the national team by the desire to accommodate Fat Frank et al.
Not quite saint, the diatribe sings the praises of a retired international footballer by the name of Beckham(and others)and tells how much he was idolised by the England fans, is this the same Beckham that was in reality hated by those fans for most of his international career? The article is just an excuse to talk about anyone other than Gerrard, a tribute to him reaching 100 caps would be about him, his games, his goals etc full stop.
What's funny about that article is that in 2006 Gerrard got those 26 goals mostly from the right! Yet before that bit he criticised Capello for putting him wide. Its a **** article really, I mean what does Beckham being captain & 1998 have to do with Gerrard? The article just jumps from one subject to another via a tenuous link and has no real substance to it.
