Won 6-3 in the end. What a way to end the season - Jay Rod got 4! Finished 9th but won the FA Cup.

I want to do a game where you holiday until a local-ish team gets promoted to the BSS and then take them over and try and get them up. Will probably take some time though and I do have this degree thing to worry about.

There was a challenge on the SI Forums last year that I did where you take one of those teams, and you can only use players from your youth academy. It was so tough, but so much fun. I had Carshalton first, but that failed. I then got Hendon, which was slightly more fruitful, but I still never escaped the BSS. I remember getting a 6'10 newgen who was an absolute beast. ****e at heading though. May do that challenge again, although in FM12 the only teams who seemed to do well were Chester and FC United.

I should also say, I meant BSN champs rather than BSS.

[edit] I think this is the one - http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/319117-ri916-s-FM13-Anglo-Euro-Youth-Academy-Challenge

Don't buy from Woking, their supporters are chavs who like beating people up in parks.

Drew 0-0 with West Brom at home despite 31 shots and 13 on target! Not even telling them to shoot on sight ! 5 clean sheets in a row but my team is struggling to score despite so many chances .

5 in a row now. Rodriguez can't score! No goals in 9 games <laugh>

Sharp has 2 in 2 . Just going to use Rodriguez as cover now. Lambert first choice

Started unemployed, regional rep for a challenge. Manager of Dartford in the 2nd season of the game after a year of no job.

We're in the Blue Square South.

Guided Dartford to the 1st round of the FA Cup, beating Dulwich Hamlet, Harrow and Dagenham and Redbridge in the process.

    First Round draw.......

    Dartford vs Braintree

We're also 6th in the Blue Square South. Got a young lad called Reece Connolly on loan from Aldershot and he bagged 8 in 11 but then tore his hamstring and had to return!! I got another replacement in from Dagenham who scored 2 in 3 and then did the exact same.

The real Reece Connolly is currently on loan at Farnborough (7th in the Blue Square South) and is banging them in.

Haha . I am set up hard to beat so not scoring very many. Made two good defensive signings and brought Hammond back into team. 10th at the moment in second season after 17 games
