Gabriel Zakuani, Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, Emile Sinclair and Tyrone Barnett have all been made available for transfer. Due to breach of Club discipline or something to that effect I think Sinclair will get picked up by another club, do you think Bruce will take a look at any of the players?
Don't know what they've done, but my guess is that they've been out on the 'roast', as footballers love to do. I'd take Sinclair no probs.
So that's 3 strikers they've transfer listed. (NML think is also a winger). Might pave the way for Aaron Mclean to return to the Posh.
I'd take Sinclair. Not just because he scores against us but he seems to have what we lack. The goals he scores against us are proper striker's goals, he's quick and strong so he gets in behind all the time and he doesn't **** about having 3 or 4 chances he just scores when he goes through. That Barnett's meant to be quite good too isn't he?
They just paid £1.1m for him ahead of this season, so they'll probably be looking for a few quid for him, though they may fancy taking Mclean back in part exchange. Both Barnett and Sinclair are big strong strikers, I'd be happy with either.
I know, hence why I said 3 strikers - Laing, Barnett and Sinclair. The 'also' bit was in reference to the fact that NML is a striker, but ALSO a winger.
I know we don't need a centre back but i'd love Zakuani, having said that Faye is likely to go at the end of the season so depending what league we are in he may be worth looking at!
It's a nightmare when your best players are sent packing due to frivolous "breaches of discipline". Don't worry, we've been through it, we feel your pain.
