Sorry to say it but i dont think Lallana or Lambert have played well enough to warrant a call up to the side.
I'm with RLSGM to be honest, Sterling is playing well for a side which occasionally wins, and Palace are top of the table largely due to Zaha's exploits. Although, as explained earlier, we can't tie them down in this game, it is worth getting these players involved so they are more likely to choose England later.
We havn't won a game in over a month? Lambert isn't a guarenteed starter and is too old to be in contention for the future side. I wouldn't choose him other than for maybe one game as recognition for a good season. If we start winning, sure Lallana can be in contention, but he has to show his worth every week. I don't agree with the selection in the slightest and think the way the team is shaping up, its a bit of a non event, almost as if its just for caps. Gerrard and Cole, both great servants to England deserve there 100's in notable games.
