Yes it's a bit of a conundrum because it is a the best strip of the lot this season. hopefully soon and hopefully it is luckier than the all red, which I have gone off of quite quickly.
Once, away at Liverpool is what I've heard Bit of a joke tbh, they don't mention that when your paying £££ for it back in the summer
This is what i was thinking, i literally cannot think of one team where we will be wearing the away kit rather than the home.
Away strips are puzzling at times, why did Brentford wear black against Pompey, did they think Red and White stripes would be like a red rag to a bull?
I would put money on us beating Liverpool away, wonder if that might see the white used a bit more, almost certainly not but stranger things have happened. I think it suits the fans that the yellow is used more than the white as most fans will have the yellow not that it matters at all.
The yellow is the best shirt of the 3. Hate the home strip. The ****e away isn't too bad but I have stuck with the yellow I had last year just with premier league numbers on it. lol Proppa stripes back next season may see me buy a new shirt (like I normally do every year)
I'm not one for buying replica kit but it does seem that this year's strips are an experiment that has badly failed. I wonder what the sales figures are like compared to previous years, anyone know? I think I'm with most Saints fans who, apart from special occasions like the 125 year anniversary, want to see our team in proper stripes of equal or slightly unequal size.
The white one was a bad choice for second strip, but, as it is quite smart, no one looks a chump for having it.
Haven't bought a shirt since the FA Cup final (yellow away) and probably never will again. But this season's white away shirt is marginally less rubbish than the home shirt. If I had to wear one, it'd be that.
Regardless of whether the team wear it, I'd feel a mug for buying/wearing out in public a Saints shirt
Yeah, I don't get people who buy new shirts every season/every time the team changes shirts. I've got a shirt from our FA Cup winning season and I don't see any reason to get a new one now.
Even though we won't wear it much, the away strip is a lot nicer and that's the one I'm going to buy.
