Struggling to see what charlton see in him, hasnt played in absolute ages and when he did, hada torrid time of it. Not to sorry to see him leave, was okay in league one, nothing special, but not proven at champ level let alone the prem! Also if we're letting one go, is one coming in?!?!

He's only gone on a month by month loan, so probably can be recalled at any time.
The Lad is obviously desperate for game time and plenty of Championship sides have tried but the stumbling block as always from Prem side loan players is, Who pays the wages.
Wether or not he pulls on a Saints shirt again is not relevant in my opinion, it's the fact that he should be match fit if he does.
I think Chaplow would be of more use if he went out on a month by month loan to.

Well lets hope he does a better job than Martin, my friend is a Crystal Palace fan and till this day thinks we stitched them up.
Still experience gained on ups and downs in life is important.

I know some people on here thought Martin was dire but personally I'm surprised he hasn't done well at Palace!

He did look a decent player as did Seaborne but some players reach there level and go no further but who knows one or both might go on to achieve better things.
Centre Backs get better with age and experience.

He was made to look good by Fonte (yep you heard right <laugh>), now even Fonte is struggling as the Prem is a step up too far. The sad thing is none of our Cb's are good enough, so we have to slowly move them on.
